A friendly and carefree being that enjoys spending time around others, but only purposefully reveals himself to those he finds lacking malice or any form of evil intent. He frequently demonstrates a childish and immature style of fun, often messing with peoples heads in a harmless fashion. Shares the common sweet tooth known to be possessed by others of his kind and can be lured out and even convinced to perform tasks for others by offering candy and other sweet foods. In spite of the fact that he generally dislikes serious and uptight people, such as most scientists, this sweet tooth allows him to be examined and interacted with by those trying to learn more about the Mew species.

Most commonly appears completely oblivious to anything except simply enjoying whatever he finds fun and never takes threats seriously, to the point of playing around with any who present a threat and treating them as simply new playmates. In reality, he is extremely observant of all that happens around him and merely treats everything like a game due to confidence that his immense power will protect him from harm, a well-earned confidence due to his power meaning few outside of fellow god-like legendary pokemon are any threat. When presented with anything that he believes to be a genuine and intentional threat, that attitude immediatly vanishes and he will destroy the threat in the fastest and most efficient means possible. In the event that someone attempts to enslave or kill him and proves to be an unrelenting threat to him or any friends of his, he has even proven willing to go as far as to attack a persons mind directly, leaving them in a Vegetative State for at least a couple of weeks. He then immediatly snaps back to his normal carefree nature.

He is fully capable of telepathically communicating with humans, yet very rarely does so. Enjoys transforming into a human and spending time amongst human populations and after noticing that the slender and large breasted female form is capable of easily manipulating many weaker-willed humans into willingly obeying commands, and has been known to use such a form to get what it wants from time to time.

He wears a blue bow that is never absent. He's extremely protective of this bow and gets hostile if any attempts to touch it, getting angry (and possibly aggressive) whenever it is damaged.

// Appearance
A blue, bipedal creature with mammalian features. He has a rounded, wide snout, triangular ears, and large, dark blue eyes. He has short arms with three-fingered paws and large hind paws with oval markings on the soles. His tail is long and thin with an ovoid tip. His fur is so fine and thin, it can only be seen under a microscope. He is always seen wearing a blue bow, a memento of a long-dead human friend.

His most common human form is a young male of varying ages, typically possessing blonde hair, while also occasionally using the form of a tall and buxom female with pink hair. All forms share the same red eyes and blue bow of his true form.

When seen in the correct light, his body has a light sparkle to it. This applies to all forms, but is most noticable in his true form.

// History
An ancient Pokemon that lives a nomadic life, drifting from place to place in search of amusement and rarely staying in one place for very long, though will usually stay longer than usually in the rare occurrences where he befriends one of the inhabitants of an area. His true age is a mystery.

Has a habit of transforming into a human and spending time in human population centres. Most of the time as a means of having fun by trolling the inhabitants, though sometimes to help them with a problem before leaving. He also aids historians in learning more about the distant past, in exchange for expensive candies.

At some point in the distant past, he befriended a human from a long-extinct early human civilization. He gained a blue bow from the relationship, which he still maintains and wears in the modern day, millennia after the friends death.
