BIO:
Mewt is the esteemed son of the current Mayor of Raccoon City. His wealthy life style opened doors to private schools and well mannered grooming. However, due to constant parental absence Mewt became restless and lonely. Often doing outrageous things simply to acquire the attention of his mother and father. It was a shame too, Mew was extremely intelligent; the top of his class. He never missed a beat in chemistry or genetics. His teachers all knew he'd be great some day, if he hadn't started to slip. In his restlessness he picked up the fondness for thievery. The idea intrigued him. Just how much could he get away with? Surprisingly enough he found his new hobby to be rather easy for him. No one ever looked twice. His field day was cut short though, by Mr. Tabat, the owner of a drug store down town, and to his dismay the old grouch pressed charges. Mewt was taken down to the Raccoon City police station and locked in the Chief's office until his father was there to pick him up. Who knew how long that would be?

Skills:
First Aid: Because of his basic knowledge of chemistry, Mewt is able to Mix herbs efficiently. As well as effectively apply bandages to help heal wounds.
Lock Pick: Due to his pseudo life-style, Mewt acquired a fine set of lock picks, which he can use to pick simple locks.
