Mihter

What is Mihter? To be blunt, he's a two inch dragon/human being.

Created in a lab after a failed attempt to merge human genes with genes of a dragon. Although they successfully created the body, complete with a personality, they failed because of his size. But before they could experiment on him more to perfect it, and see what they had done wrong, he escaped and began to live a life of his own.

He has changed since his unbirthing by his mother Shala. He still has his human structure but instead of having brown human hair that goes down to his back, he now has silver hair. His red dragon wings were changed into blue colored ones.

He has a blue very long prehensile tail that can extend to almost any length. And two ivory colored horns that are on top of his blue skinned human face. His human feet have dragon-like toes, alongside cute little sharp talons. Although most of the time he wears a pair of brown furry boots to help keep his feet warm.

No one knows when he was born, so his age is unknown. But he acts like he's an adolescent at times, cause even he doesn't know.
He does remember the place however, though sadly the very lab that he was created is now nothing more then a pile of debris. So now, he's given up on all things that had anything to deal with his creation, his birthplace, or even his birthday.

His genetic structure is still unknown, but it has been proven that it is VERY sensitive to other DNA. Meaning, if he is unbirthed and left within the womb for more then a few hours he will take on the bodily traits. Could be catears, snake tail. Anything.

Also another little FYI. Due to the fact that he is a hybrid. He cannot reproduce. But due to the fact that he literally can't die from old age, and his scales are harder then diamonds.
