As a young girl she was raised in a city on a world that was only populated by humans and lacked any strange or magical qualities at all. However this did not stop beings from other worlds that did have magiac from coming to hers. Once such visit transported her to a small village deep in the jungles of another very dangerous world, a place she had to keep her wits about her just to survive each day. From here she was transported to the park by accident during a storm of energy, forcing her to start anew.
The only things to come with her to the Park were her pet tarantula Buibui and her naga friend, one with great skills in brewing potions who sadly was lost when they landed. Lost and confused she found a small one room house near the edge of the park under a huge tree where she settled in with the remaining potion stock she got from her friend. The bedroom, kitchen, living room, and entrance are all connected, though there is a small bathroom in the back that has a door.
The potions she has are very special as they can change the size of any living creature to either drink or touch them, and even though she can't make them herself there are those in the Park that will help her make more. She uses these potions in pursuit of her fun loving nature and will not hesitate to use them in times of danger.
Arriving in the park has so far not been all bad, mostly because she has an intense giantess fetish. She absolutely adores micro beings of both genders and any species, and will do anything to keep them safe if she has the opportunity. This fetish also extends to being tiny herself and she loves giantesses of any species, taking great delight in being their prey. Note that her infatuation with her fetish only lasts if the prey is the size of her finger or smaller, as long as they are visible. This works in reverse for being prey as well. Her previous living situations has also made her terrified of anthromorphic beings, so while demi humans are fine she will usually have nothing to do with anthros.
Growing up in dangerous environments and even in her own world with the stresses of life has made her very emotional. If her feelings are hurt it is best to try and cheer her up, as she will do anything to try to make up for her own faults. Being mean to her can make her very sad or upset, and even as a giantess it is entirely possible to make her break down and cry.

Giantess Milly

She can be a giantess in two different ways: being huge herself or being around micros. When she is going out in public she will be around the park at a height of 130 feet tall, her favorite size of all time. While like this she will only be wearing a yellow bikini or a small yellow dress. She will generally interact with anyone that approaches her and though she doesn't like anthros she will put up with them for the most part. She will be at human size around her house and this is when she will have dealings with micros or take a friend and shrink them.
Being a giantess is very sexual for her and nothing is more fun then having tiny people exploring all over and inside her body. She usually strips naked herself and makes sure the tiny person is naked as well when she instigates playtime, and she only plays with people the size of her finger or smaller. Playtime to her is of course acting out her sexual desires using the micro in any way she sees fit, although safety is the number one concern and she will never put them in any danger during play. She might lose herself a bit if she finds out the micro enjoys giantesses, in which case she teases them endlessly and devotes playtime to making them sexually satisfied.
Her favorite things to do with tiny people are footplay, oral vore, insertion, and breast smothering. She loves treating micros like tiny snacks or candy, slurping them up and molesting them in her mouth before swallowing. If someone ends up in her mouth there is a 99.9% chance you will be going down her throat, the only exception being an emergency. Treating tiny people like bugs to be used as a sexual toy or smushed underfoot also are favorite things to do, as well as exploring her cleavage.
The safety of the tiny people is still her number one concern through all of this, and she will never purposefully hurt anyone. Playtime will be forgotten immediately upon the slightest hint that the micro is injured or unhappy, their feelings and safety are her priorities. The sense of power over the tiny person will still drive her to do what she wants with them, although she generally wont do something if directly asked not to. She has a special thing for misbehaving people that she has to help protect against their will, although sometimes she can get bored and be upset at them eventually.
With the power she has being one of the main turn ons she has taken to addressing those smaller then her with "little one" or using little before their name. It is wise to not challenge this feeling of power because even though her patience is hard to exhaust once you do she will be a very upset giantess. This isn't to say she wont submit herself to others at all, in fact she loves to give the micro a sense of control on occasion. She will fake terror or even tie herself up and give the tiny person complete reign over her body, sometimes even going as far to submit to their will entirely.
The sexual aspect of her size is also very important to her, which is the main reason she enjoys being nude with her playthings. She loves to see tiny people have orgasm on her body and inside it, especially right before swallowing or as a sex toy before she orgasms herself. This isn't to say she has a one track mind about this, but when she is in "the mood" if she doesn't revive this she will be upset.
She has also been known to kill a micro here and there but it is only when she is unaware of their presence. This is the only way death can be involved in her life. If there are micros around that are about ant sized she will not notice them often. This can lead to death in countless ways by any part of her body. If she does find them she might mistake them for ants and will treat them as such. She has a far easier time killing non sentient creatures.

Micro Milly

She can be a micro in the same two ways as being a giantess: meeting a giantess who is huge or shrinking herself with one of her potions. She will never go out into the park at this size unless she is with an extremely close and trusted friend. It is also very rare to see her wearing any clothes at this size and considering her fetish she wouldn’t want them anyway. Note that her fetish is with giantesses and she will never be a micro around a male.
Being so tiny and vulnerable, at the mercy of a giantess, is something she craves more than anything. She is more than willing to enact her fantasies with a human giantess or any species of demi human. However putting herself in such a powerless state requires the utmost trust in the giantesses to keep her safe and happy. Essentially she seeks the same treatment she gives tiny people herself, and not giving her the same level of loving attention will hurt her badly.
She will keep her serving attitude and will devote herself to making the giantess happy and sexually satisfied, sometimes putting her life on the line to please them while trusting she will be kept safe. Every once in a while she will even ask to be treated like a worthless bug, there only to satisfy the giantess she is under. However being treated like this, as much as she enjoys it, will only last so long. At any point she is hurt or cries she wants nothing more than to be treated like the most important person in the world and loved.
Being a giantess for her is the highest honor she can give and also the biggest responsibility she knows. Being able to successfully enact her fantasy in this way will make her the happiest girl in the park, though it also makes her trust all the more important and the pain worse should it be broken.

Goddess Milly

Due to her playful nature and love of sizeplay it is not beyond imagination for her to enjoy being worshiped as a goddess. Sometimes she will grow to huge sizes or shrink others to incredibly small and demand them treat her as a deity. This is of course all in play and she understands completely that she isn't an actual goddess. Its the feeling of raw power she gets when in this position that she loves so much, the ability to solve any problem a tiny person may have with the flick of her finger. She does after all love to help others.
Just because she likes being the benevolent goddess doesn't mean she is a goody two shoes either. Sometimes a girl just wants to let loose her pent up emotions and take them out on someone who cant fight back. Even though she is playing the angry goddess she will of course still never hurt anyone, even if she does get rougher than normal. It is also extremely rare for her to get like this and she only shows this side of her personality to her closest friends, its important the tiny person understands its all play and they are still safe.
When playing "goddess" with her she expects the tiny people to pretend and act like they are unworthy of her presence and powerless to survive without her loving care. She loves hearing how important she is to others and how much they like her help. Begging for things and thanking her for mercy are ways to make her very happy and she loves being pampered in whatever way a tiny person can manage for her. Nothing makes her happier than to see others happy, and being the beautiful loving goddess is one of her favorite ways.
However if she takes someone to play "angry goddess" with her the demands are much different. She expects the tiny person to not only worship her and thank her for her power and kindness, but also for her mercy allowing them to live. She wants groveling bugs at her feet that not only would give their lives for her, but beg for her to kill them in all manner of ways. This is why she only lets certain people play like this, no matter what is said she would still never hurt them. She doesn't want them to beg to die, she wants them throwing themselves in harms way as a sacrifice to her.
