That newcomer went missing, and the next day the maids threw out the suddenly re-appeared mannequin, and any future mannequins are now stuck to the floor in some manner.
That newcomer saw the truth- After she was stolen, the mannequin gave the newcomer to a lady in orange hair, dressed in a mix of modern clothing and a steampunker outfit, with a makeshift prosthetic left arm with a golden frame and tons of wires. The original owner, still looking about in her 20s, despite the numerous years that would've had to have passed for the shop to claim so many victims.

Upon entering the shop, an unusual scent will enter your head. This does the following:
1 - When a victim of this is lying, their eyes will shift to the opposite color. This is invisible to their perception.
2 - If something breaks out, such as an assaultive/ Abusive-Ranked-Person is eaten or fought, the maids involved and the event are impossible to mentally percive, leading to nothing being seen. (This is an optional effect, due to kinks such as humiliation.)
3 - The Inability to process the Maid's names. (You'd hear ____) This leads to nothing however, as they only refer to eachother Via codes. They think it's slightly de-humanizing, playing into the test aspect, and most follow suit as few want to get close to people who'd leave at moment's notice. (There is no defined characters here.)
*The naming scheme is G# (generation) + [letter]#(0-9). Generation goes up when the maid is beyond 9 and Letter. EX: When a new maid is 'obtained' when G1Z9 exists, the next is G2A1. After that is G2A2.
*The only universal personality traits are:
1 - Casual post-action. Due to the consistently weird setting, the maids quickly treat things as everyday when things stop.
2 - Hesitation to reminisce. During the hypnotic portion to become a maid, while yes a priority to being a maid and loyalty (to the current care of the maid, such as the shop or current mistress) are driven deep, the process does all it can to keep Memories and Personality Intact. This leads to scenarios where maids will likely develop fears of meeting pre-maid-life familiarities. EX: A maid will likely be internally scared if, say, an old school friend tries to meet them. This also consists to minor modern aspects, as keeping friends in the shop is hard- and they may hesitate to be close to their mistress, due to mental refusal of remembering good moments during times with them.

The front of the shop has clear windows, covering the middle of the front of the shop in a U shape, which stops at the front desk counter.
Each mannequin has their own unique pose and thing to fit them for. (EX: Chairs or pedestals.) On the center floor will be a never-fuzzy, smooth carpet that is easy to shake out.
Normally, 2 maids will be walking around the front, flirt/advertise-talking the customers, with 1 at the front desk.
All of them should be wearing their version of the currently advertised dresses, to their satisfaction or despise. (EX: A maid in a latex dress that is clearly too tight for her, and hard to breath in.)
