Physiology
A half-lizard boy with a big, wide tail. Smooth scales line along his back and hips, making him more hydro-dynamic in order to swim through freshwater streams. His scales and eyes are bright blue to match the water, as his elven skin would be more prominent on his front side where most of his prey are tucked into, with wide hips and belly as a pretty flat form overall when swimming. His clawed feet can push off the ground, able to lunge out of the water with a long, fat tongue and jaw that could scoop up prey easy enough to swallow them down in a few short gulps before landing back into the water belly-down.

While swimming, Minoa’s back faces upwards, letting his long straight hair wave behind him. He decorates his hair with cute pins and shines a few of his scales so that he can allure any prey that may be looking down into streams for valuable minerals, or just so that he can be cute. Though, his shining blue eyes are so bright they can be seen through the surface of the water - if you see them looking at you, it’s probably too late.

Minoa's strength is above average, and that's not even factoring in his size. Being almost 8 feet tall gives him an incredible boost, with his incredibly sizable legs being 3x stronger than his arms.

Life
He’d naturally have his own city life that’s quite attached to his waterbound hunting life. His life in the city would be as a metal smithing artisan, crafting lots of pretty little designs that he’d adorn in his hair as hairbands, enjoying making accessories the most. Sometimes, he’d fashion metal into functional use like for weaponry, or alchemy. People may know that Minoa would prospect and retrieve his own metals and minerals, but HOW he did it was rather unknown to the wide populace. In his own secret way, it would be as simple as crawling through rivers and digging through soft-sand with a natural sense that would just dig things out like a sluice could.

Depending on where you meet Minoa, he would treat you in two very different ways. If he’s in the city, he’s a very calm, charming individual. His natural “business face” would be very understanding, if a bit obsessive at times. He likes to keep customers happy! However, if he meets you in the water while he’s working, being out and away from society makes his obsessive colors shine - quite literally sometimes too. His shining eyes just stare into people, with a smug demeanor that would tease and toy with others - wanting to keep his secrets as much as possible: both his secrets of prospecting work, and the other guilty pleasure of eating people like prey. If he thinks the prey would be weak willed, he’d definitely toy with them and have a little fun. Otherwise, he may just stay hidden and hunt down tasty prey who would be FUN to eat. Despite eating for necessity at times, Minoa REALLY hunts prey so he can tease and soak up his prey’s cute attitudes. Other times, maybe he just finds people he personally likes, if they’re lucky!
