Mio of the Fukuroda Clan was a skilled kunoichi... unequaled as a scout, peerless as an assassin, and none matched the zeal with which she hunted down the unclean, corrupt, and demonic. She was all of this and more...

...until the day she fell in battle.

Overcome by a demon, Mio was taken and broken until she has become a darkened shadow of her former self. Now, Mio's body reflects the corruption that has been inflicted upon her. Her skin has taken on a sickly purple pallor, her hair has gone stark white, and the Gods alone know what changes have taken place underneath the surface.

Where once she was demure and reserved, now she brazen and crazed. Where she was once gentle and determined, now she is violent and chaotic, existing only to perpetuate the taint upon her own soul by spreading chaos and destruction to the world she once defended. Such are the dangers inherent to combating demons. But now that Mio has been turned, never again will she raise her blade to the monsters that have hurt her so... now, instead, she stalks those that she once called sisters, hunting those that would themselves be the hunters and guardians of humanity in a world where the darkness is slowly closing in from all sides.

Mio has retained all of her skills from her days as a hunter of demons... but now her body is stronger and faster then ever as the corruption warps it, slowly eating it from the inside and out as it overclocks her to make her a more dangerous predator. In addition, she is possessed of an unnatural lust and defeated foes can rarely expect a quick, painless death. Mio is more apt to give in to her almost bestial carnal desires and ravage fallen targets rather then given them an honorable death. Perhaps worst of all, she has fallen to cannibalism, frequently consuming those she stalks after raping them insensate!

Perhaps there is something left of the once noble and honorable woman that Mio formerly was, a sliver of her soul left despairing at the creature that she has become. If so, it would make Mio's current state all the more piteous... but those attempting to stop the corrupted kunoichi's rampage would be wise to heed the warnings of those that have tried (and survived) before... no one has yet managed to reach through to Mio, suggesting that she's too far gone into the taint to ever recover. The only humane thing to do may very well be to end her life and stop the threat she poses for good.
