Zvaloi, Luminary race from Xirxas. The Females of this culture are elf like and beautiful, while the males resemble humanoid Jellyfish filled with bright spots.
A traveler from the stars whom has made Earth her temporary home. Mirial is from Xirxas,a naturalistic planet. They recently discovered space travel with a new breed of Progenitors, a form of their own race that resemble whales that usually only swim in the sky. The Neogenitors as they are called, can swim through time and space to reach places never before seen, and Zvaloi are naturally an exploratory species, and with their expansion into the stars, diplomats were chosen. Mirial's father is one of those diplomats, and Mirial herself is a representative of sorts to her species, being a frienly face to anyone who meets her.
The biology of Zvaloi is similar to humans, but the most obvious difference are the luminous spots on their bodies.With their unique physiology, using their skin to filter oxygen from water, letting them stay underwater for even weeks at a time, and combined with the females excellent swimming abilities, this makes them a truly amphibous species.They can be used as visual distractions with their glimmering nature, or when stressed or excited they release pheromones into the air. Mirial herself has trained with using them and her movements to captivate people, and combined with her natural psychic abilities, she can be an absolute menace to people, from making them see things to even flipping their vision upside down. Thankfully, she is far too shy and demure for things like that most of the time What she DOES use is her unique talent: Mitosis. She can split into multiple copies of herself..
A loner of sorts, she tried to put on a cool and distant facade...which has since cracked immediately to reveal the energetic and easily flustered girl underneath. She loves the attention of people, and her striking physical characteristics combined with her lack of clothing sure do catch the attention of people. The denizens of her planet do also have weird ways of showing affection...very delicious ways, but weird nonetheless.
The Zvaloi have unique symbiotic traits. For one, they are nigh undigestible. And their spots also exude nutrients. So if they were to be eaten, they would keep pumping the thing they are inside of with beneficial chemical mixtures, that depending on what has eaten them, can gain anything from super strenght to heightened magical abilities. They are nicknamed "Living Superchargers" in some corners of the galaxy, and are for that reason EXTREMLY wanted by unscrupulous groups.
She can be best described as an interdimensional tourist, sightseeing and enjoying the local delicacies and sights.
Mirial also has a Zvaloi Interceptor Biomecha that she can pilot well.
The Zvaloi Interceptors are 5 meter tall humanoids with featureless insectoid faces, and large wings made of glittering light. Their arms can morph into blasters that shoot bone shrapnel, acid and even plasma when fully powered, and their wrists extend large mantis-blades in melee combat. Their legs are built for speed, muscular and swelt. To pilot one, you have to wait for its back to open and accept the pilot, where tendrils attach to the pilots temples, giving full control. The pilot works as a brain, for normally the Interceptors are mindless drones.
