Abilities: Able to come back after death. Has limited ability to bring others back from the dead. Can turn her fish tail into legs for 2 hours a day. Can grant people the ability to breathe in water for up to an hour.
Appearance: Top half is a white furred anthro mouse with green eyes. Lower half (( From the belly down )) is a beautiful green fish tail.
Height 6ft 3in from tip of tail to the top of the head.
Weight: 119lbs
Sexuality: Bisexual (( 70% straight, 30% lesbian ))
Personality: A little shy and reserved. Hesitant to talk to people who she first meets, but polite enough to respond to people who talk to her. When she does open up to someone, she is a peace loving creature who will resist all forms of conflict. When cornered, she would rather plead for her life than fight for it, though she will struggle against being held. In the event that she sees herself dying, she will submit and whine about it, as she doesn't like using her ability to bring herself back from death. She prefers to eat non-sentient fish, but if very hungry she will go after larger prey. She won't pass up a willing meal though. Also, if she comes across someone who needs it, her kind nature will tempt her to give up herself for the predator so they don't starve. As a general rule, those with a scientific mind are unwelcome in Mitzi's mind. She is also terrified of surgical equipment, leading her to fear people who work in the medical profession as well. She has a perfectly understandable fear of electricity as well.

Life spell

This is a special ability that Mitzi has. With this, she can bring somebody back from the dead. There are limitations to it though. Firstly, she cannot resurrect somebody who has been killed by age or illness. Secondly, it will only work on people who did more good in their life than evil, to prevent her from resurrecting somebody evil. Thirdly, the subject must be wanting to come back from the dead when she tries to, otherwise she is unable to do so. Finally, she can only bring one person back per day.

Important note

According to legend, eating mermaid meat will grant the consumer immortality. This will not work on those who consume Mitzi due to her body being cleansed of that magic.
