with the said I little back story on Miu:
I was Born a normal pony, nothing made me different, that I was happy with, I wasn't so sure about being centre of attention, I just wanted to do what I enjoyed most, building and tinkering. since I was a little filly my father used to have his own little work shop, if I behaved I was allowed to build little trinkets, under his guidance of course. I think, I still have most of them left at my parents house.... anyway, I'm pretty sure you want to know how one day I went from sight, to blind.
its was a pretty unfortunate accident, I'm glad nopony was blamed for it, but, anyway. me and a unicorn friend of mine were help each other with school projects, her name was Berry Sweet. she was to use me and a test dummy for here spells, she was to use her magic to help me build. however, one of her spells went wrong after a simple sneeze. that's right a simple cold cause an event that changed my life.
the rouge spell hit me directly in both eyes. I was rushed to the hospital and that night I woke up, but I wasn't seeing anything, I called out for mom, dad, my friend... I was scared. but then, I heard sobbing next to be, Berry, she was there. She told me my mother and father were asleep on the other side of the room.
from what she told me, the attempt to recover my sight had failed and she kept saying sorry over and over again. I wouldn't accept it, I couldn't, how could she blame herself, it wasn't her fault, well, not entirely. its not easy to hold an unexpected sneeze really.
but as time went on me and Berry Sweet began hanging out again. out of the house she guided me around Ponyville, until, after many years of bumps and aimless walking, I had mentally mapped the town. so, here I would be standing talking to you without seeing you, but that's wrong. almost eight years after I lost my sight, Berry approached me with a sort of break through, she said she might be able to restore my sight, now with the trust we shared I wasn't about to turn down the offer.
so, we tried, it failed, she studied, we tried again, we failed. weeks and weeks of countless tries, nothing happened. but she was determined. thankfully, one night she thought she found the missing link in the spell, unluckily it was midnight and I was crashed out in my room, she decided to attempt it while I slept. what ever happened it.... sort of worked.
the next morning I awoke flat out on my bed, I must have passed out listening to my audio books, the tape player was jammed. again. anyway I saw my friend on the floor. and that's when it hit me, I... saw her, not entirely, but vaguely, her figure soon vanished. when I set my hoof on the floor, I could see again, slightly, a sort of wire frame of the world around me. she had restored my sight enough to see again. to me, I felt like I was a sort of half bat or something, that's how bats work right. whatever.
Anyway since then, I've never stopped thanking her. we became such good friends because of my blindness I'm glad it happened. and we've become better friends because of her magic saving my sight, kind 'a.
for the present day. I live in a normal house in ponyville with Berry, we have what we need, each other. of course spicing thing up is fun too, my father bought me what I needed for my own workshop. so what did I do? I bought the materials for a workshop. and at the time I was wishing I could fly, with that work shop, in a matter of one year, me and berry built these mechanical wings you see me wearing now. they are detachable too.
so, that's pretty much my life. as short as I can put it. so, yeah, thanks for reading this and, see you around.
As a Shiny POny Miu has the Ability to create her own mindscape, her mindscape as of default will be of the following:
Miu's Mindscape would have her guest awakening on a beach on a tropical island far from any other landmass, the said tropical island would be entirely owned my Miu. the stretch of beach the guest would wake up on would be privately owned by Miu excluding mindscape inhabitants from entering the area without invitation. the said inhabitants would be a mix of both shiny and non-shiny ponies.
Behind the guest's awakening point would be a cabin, two floors and stretching far into the island jungle and equally as wide.
Beyond the private sector of the beach would be where the other ponies make their rest, homes ranging from makeshift shelters to cabins of their own, tents also included.
jungle life would exist too, being both hostile and friendly however death does not exist in Miu's mindscape making hostile attacks result in a large wave of fatigue. this can change if Miu accepts such a request.
By default the sea will be crystal clear, calm and filled with reefs and corrals to explore, on request she can make the sea change from the perfect waves for surfing, to a violent and merciless storm.
and that's pretty much it.

Event 1: I was going about my usual business in ponyville, I crossed a mare with a sign beside her thanks to my limited sight I actually had no idea she was of the shiny race until she said. it wasn't long before total curiosity over took my concern for my own safety and we shared a long chat, that lead me to following her to a secluded place, by my standards things got slightly intimate there, offering me a taste, she was right, shiny ponies taste nice, what... it was only a lick!
anyway soon after that I made my mind up, I wanted to be shiny too, I was adamant about it and convinced her I had nothing but one thing to lose. she assured me there were chances I wouldn't lose that one thing. and that was my best friend.
after the change I had noticed I had somewhat kept my colours, being a deep blue pony with a cyan mane, I lost my white highlights though, small price to pay. also, the pony named herself as
Sapphire_Skies she also told me I tasted of peaches. I like peaches.
that was the big event, that changed my life from there on.
