No big, she did it via VoiceChat on the Titanfall beta. Wasn't the worst thing she ever said, either. But the problem was that she said it to someone that knew her, one of her class-mates from school...

Mandy gained entry into Mizuki's apartment via intercepting Mizuki's takeout guy. She quickly overpowered the shut-in nerd, toyed with her sexually for a few minutes, and then swallowed her whole, slathering the chubby nerd with the contents of her dinner and reducing the unfortunate NEET into so much meat as a heavy-handed punishment for her crime of being mouthy on the internet.
A perennial shut-in that prefers the company of her raiding guild to people right in front of her, Mizuki Aoi is a social recluse that shuns the direct company of other humans in favor of social media. The reason is that Mizuki's parents died in a car crash when she was little, resulting in a stunting of her nascient and still developing inter-personal skills. She's been living on her own since the accident, sustaining herself off of a trust fund and the legal settlement. Now, she's a (rather busty) teenage shut-in.
Mizuki doesn't understand people and, in truth, is a little intimidated by them due to a fear of rejection and abandonment. Physical touch makes her extremely uncomfortable and clingy people often make her skin crawl if they don't back off when she tries to retreat. When forced or pressured into interacting with others, she is polite but evasive and tries to excuse herself as best she can manage. This is unfortunate because she's turned out to be a rather pretty girl which attracts no small degree of attention from others her age. Making matters worse is that she as a particularly ample chest, which has started generating a lot of attention among her classmates, made all the worse by Miyuki's ham-fisted attempts at deflecting it away.
Cyberspace is Mizuki's 'true' home and as she describes it, 'its the only place I can be myself'. That is to say, when she's online, she develops the phenomenon known as 'massive internet balls' and is loud, rude, caustic, and seemingly seeks to inflict as much psychological trauma on her fellow human beings as can be managed with a headset and a fast internet connection. Her raiding guild (mostly) puts up with her because she's the top tank on the server. Mizuki, generally speaking, spends more time online then off it, and rotates through a list of various games from a wide variety of genres that she plays. She can spend hours browsing through Wikipedia links, watching videos on YouTube, and generally lives vicariously through the internet while sitting in a darkened room, with the whole wide world just waiting for her on the other side.
As can be expecting, Mizuki is of well above-average intellegence, but under-performs for lack of effort and generally under-achieves in school despite being equipped with all of the tools for success. This feeds a downward spiral of self-esteem problems, leading Mizuki to a particular apathy about most things, such as keeping her apartment clean and tidy, or making dinner instead of simply ordering take-out every night. It goes without saying, but Mizuki spends almost all of her time alone.
