Background - Having past nicely from high school he decided he's career choice would be a teacher, fitting for someone who's brain can calculate and process things faster than any normal man or woman can do, well they can but it takes a lot of practice and skill, something he excels at. It is during college he picked up a hobby, magic or being a wizard, while minor it gives him something to do when he is not grading papers. During his time getting his teaching degree he was given an opportunity to be set up to teach at a school, one of which is set up to teach more specially gifted individuals, namely those who posses powers and wish to be possibly super heroes or learn to just control them. As odd as it sounds, he accepted and when he got his degree he joined the school, Masamune Hero Academy, where he teaches Math and Strategic Thinking.

Personaility - While logical and calculative, he comes off as someone who does care for their students and wishes to see them grow both in power, knowledge, and maturity. In a way he is seen as a father so some.

Calculating Mind - No matter what situation, even under stress, he can process information and react accordingly in under seconds of sensing something through the five normal senses. Additionally after teaching for quite a bit with supers and through his own wit nothing seems to surprise him.

Wizardary - Taking it up as a hobby, he can cast spells. Though it is unknown how far or strong he is as he rarely uses them in class.
