Myria Issui is a 25 year old wolverine with Blue eyes and blonde hair; she's 5'2 and is 187 lbs.
She wears Navy blue Tactical pants and a Grayish-blue Crop top; lastly she has sunglasses with thick blue lenses.
Based on the setting, she also be carrying either an M32 Grenade launcher or an m62 Gatling gun; the only constant is her water magic.
The wolverine's emotionally HALF a being; Myria Issui is the negative, while Paria_Dojou is the positive.

Anger a sign that something isn’t right, while she's dumb to the point of being illiterate, Myria's has a more finely tuned sense of instinct than anyone.
The wolverine only has anger and sadness, for happiness was ripped out of her; however, when she's righted a wrong, she'll simply be calm/emotional zero.
She earnestly believes that her rage is often justified, so being told to calm down only makes matters worse as her emotions eventually run over.

Almost always simmering in anger to the point it can be felt by empaths, in hunts and battles, Myria is a "Suffocation Predator"
The wolverine's strength not to scale with her size, once "provoked" Myria will throttle and strangle her prey while others are often hesistant to intervene.
If you're lucky Myria will be so furious that she'll finish with a throat or muzzle clamp, crushing the wind pipe before swallowing whole.
Survivors describe these moments as "Waterboarding". Her glare, her ire focused on them, they feel like their drowning under her gaze and mentally breakdown.

She's no stranger to the court system either, countless cases of assault and battery; however, the final straw was a crime of Mayhem and Involuntary manslaughter.
She escaped execution through plee of Mental incapacity: "Intermitten Explosive Disorder"; furthermore she had to take Anger management therapy.
It was going well. . .until she learned more about her "disorder", defined by senseless impulsive acts, unmotivated, and grossly out of proportion.
After eating her shrink, she was relegated to community service, working as a Teacher's aide in a Kindergarden school where she can learn alongside them.

While she's still getting Anger management, it's yet to change her beliefs.
Anger is a part of life, and doesn't simply "arise from nothing". She can't fully articulate it, but her rage gives her the strength to fight injustice.
The ultimate injustice in her eyes is Welfare and Social Security, the weak protected while the strong are forced to protect them with laws and punishments.
She may be a brute, but she's a smart brute; as such, now when she's dragged into court for eating someone, she's acquited under "justified homicide"
Myria knows the police hate her, yet she'll sneer at them knowing it's hatred born of jealousy; in fact, some cops have offered payment if she eats certain perps.
