"Okay, forget the zombie thing. THIS has to be the dumbest thing that you dipshit demon sisters ever did, and I'm gonna make damn sure you don't think of anything dumber to try."

Panty Anarchy is one of the Anarchy sisters, a duo of mischievous fallen angels tasked with the duty of slaying ghosts formed of dark spiritual residue in order to return home to heaven. Well, she was aiming for that goal, until this happened to her. Though you can't quite see it due to her rather convenient picture to the left, Panty now sports a long tail white tail with a cream underbelly in place of legs as a result of a scheme plotted by a couple of pesky demonic sisters. They unfortunately learned that angelic stomach acid is a far more effective means of taking care of their ilk than holy water.

Indeed, as the name implies, this is a naga variation of Panty, whom unfortunately can no longer use her trademark weapon Backlace and, as such, has become a bit useless as far as the ghost-hunting thing goes. Like she fucking cares. Admittedly, becoming a snake-angel has been one of the best things to happen to her, and admittedly a bit of a deterrent for any demonic forces threatening Daten City after the demonstration she made of Scanty and Kneesocks. She can eat all she wants of whatever she wants, and it doesn't do a damned thing to her lovely figure. Sure, she can't wear panties, shorts, or the like anymore, but she always thought she looked best in dresses. It took her a while to get to the positives, y'know, after becoming a snake-woman and all, but she's sticking to it, damn it.

As long as there's still boys willing to line up and sate at least one of her appetites, she'll stay that way...

And, in case you're curious, Panty's a 'thigh-naga', so to speak. The transition to her tail begins about two inches beneath her nether-region, and she still has that lovely ass of hers. Her tail is approximately four times in length the size of her original height (which is variable due to the styles of animation used in the source material, so we'll say 5'2"), and is covered in smooth scales that are white. She has a cream underbelly, as well. The snake in question that she shares a relationship with is called a Netherviper, and while she has yet to show signs of developing a poison such as theirs, she does have the same appetite for demons. However, given her expanded hunting grounds and variety of options, she's not quite so picky.

-Specific Biological Traits and Predatory Capabilities-

-Netherviper's Strength and Resistance-
Panty's strength and muscular density both have increased at least tenfold due to her transformation into a naga, allowing her to perform incredible feats of strength and survive far more dangerous falls and impacts than before. Pair this with the fact she now has a a tail that is mostly comprised of said dense, potent muscles, and she's a fierce combatant, and has a natural (albeit inconsistent) resistance to some weaponry, even capable of brushing off lower caliber firearms with little consequence.

-Netherviper Venom-
Along with becoming impervious to most venom and poisons, Panty now has the capability of injecting her own thanks to two small glands behind her upper canines. While it only has a minor, varying hallucinogenic effect on non-demonic, non-unholy entities, demons and those similar to them in nature will suffer an intense burning throughout their body followed by total paralysis for up to a period of twelve hours. In part, it is worse than typical Netherviper Venom due to the fact that Panty also has angelic DNA, and as such her body fluids naturally provoke some form of irritation, allergic reaction, or pain with unholy entities. The venom will NOT kill a target on its own.

-Elasticity-
Panty has higher elasticity now. 'Nough said.

-Increased Agility-
Post-transformation, Panty had the ability to out-maneuver, capture, and devour both Scanty and Kneesocks when they were at their most frantic, which was all a matter of speed and strength. Panty's incredibly fast, when she wants to be, and if provoked, she will not hesitate to show it...
