Something unusual this time. Here you see a semi-morphic female serpent/nagah with the upper body being femenine and humanoid, while from the hips down she is serpentine and sinuous. The head is long and reminiscent of a cobra's, including a spread and ribbed hood from either side of the neck. The eyes are large and expressive, pale with faint flecks of green in them as she gazes on all with keen and quiet interest. Across the bridge of her long serpent shout and over each eye are thicker scales, these also proceed from her chin down to her chest. Here they taper into her clevage for this serpent has some
interesting mammalian features, mainly her chest. The thicker scutes continue at about midpoint on her chest and follow the winding length of her body now past the soft curve of her hips and along the underside of her tail all the way to the tip. The finer skin and scales, for there is a mix of both on her so fine that its often hard to tell where one begins and the other ends, soft almost pastel pinkish purple in hue.
The belly scutes though cover her sex and breasts such that clothes are usually not needed, though often she can be seen wearing a tank-top black shirt and a red vest over this leaving her belly scales exposed. When so dressed she also clasps a black leather belt around her waist, the buckle being a very distinctive silver gamma symbol. The reason for such light clothes becomes apparent when you realize this naga has no arms. At her shoulders are rounded stumps, the price of mishandling a torc grenade long ago. This is compensated for somewhat by a pair of phantom telekinetic "arms" that may sometimes be seen as ghostly images when she uses them, able to reach far further than hands of flesh could.
She notes you looking her over and smiles in a serpentine way, blinking once and showing off the long lashes and eyelids a normal snake would not have. It is hard to tell what she is thinking. Though it is most likely how much she will enjoy digesting... you...
Nagah is my oooooold Gamma World NPC and all around bad girl of the group. Her main powers are:
Telekinetic Hands: These ghostly hands manifested after she lost both arms in an accident when young. Twice a day she can boost them to be able to reach out to 18 meters away from herself.
Allurement: Probably Nagah's most formidible power. She can mezmerize a target into thinking her their friend. She needs either eye contac, or to touch a target with one of her TK hands.
Reflection: Nagah's secret weapon! She can reflect any mental attack on her back at the attacker.
Nagah was in fact born a mutant human. But one so far mutated she does not look human. Her parents, who looked human on the outside, were killed by the Knights of Genetic Purity and so she takes particular pleasure in devouring humans. Especially any Knight she comes across.
She loves ancient tech and tends to make her lair in some old installation. Preferrably one near a human town she can predate on.
