For those of you who have seen Kampfer, you know what to expect (Though I play Natsuru relatively less dense than the character in the show. Merely naive, not 'competing against neutron stars' dense). For those of you who haven't...
Kampfer is a sort of magical girl anime where a Moderator chooses a girl to become a Kampfer, a fighter, by giving them this stuffed animal. Then they get their contract bracelet with magical powers (yay!) and fight other Kampfer in a Red vs Blue sort of scheme. Natsuru is the main character of said anime, but is normally a guy. Gets chosen to be a Kampfer, so when he transforms he turns into a girl, turns all the girls into lesbians (Except he's denser than the aforementioned neutron stars and doesn't pick up on anyone's advances). Shenanigans happen, the day gets saved, etc. The show isn't half bad, you should watch it maybe.
That said, for RP's sake I'm going to mostly play Natsuru as less dense (though naive and easily led), mostly as a girl, and probably no fire magic (Though it may happen if it adds to the RP, usually fireballs don't help anything here).
