Mecha musume. It's inevitable, really, that the craze begun in Japan and brought to a reality by the American team that crafted
YarrowMZ9 would eventually find its way to the ears of those even further east. Particularly when the detachment the tankgirl was first revealed to contained a watchful Russian eye or two. Of course, a lot of the details were unknown to these eyes, in particular the existence of Lylia Falkner and her connection to the project, so it took a fair few years to "replicate" the American success.
The first result was dubbed Nebesa Britva, a musume crafted partly from and patterned after the technology demonstration aircraft Sukhoi-47. A multi-role fighter musume, Nebesa is mainly intended for ensuring air superiority via her highly durable body and superior manuevering capability. She is even able to land over an extremely short distance despite her components being taken from a jet, allowing her to maneuver clumsily on land if boredom or the situation calls for it. While little data exists yet, she is also designed the best that her creators could with an eye towards combating other mecha.
... well. By "combating", usually is meant "subdual and capture and/or consumption". Yes, consumption, she is fully capable of and willing to swallow other mecha musume whole, either ferrying them back to base for further study or, more commonly, putting their helpless bodies to use fueling hers. Additionally, while she holds a pair of high-power short-range missiles for destroying an enemy target if necessary, most of her armament takes the form of specially modified R-73P missiles that are modified to non-destructively subdue mecha musume, rendering them particularly easy to devour.
The girl herself is fairly simple and friendly, her mind an incomplete imprint of a human girl's with various commands overlaid. As a result she is strictly loyal to her superiors and hostile to designated enemy forces. However, she also has developed somewhat of a battle-lust, finding glee in using her weaponry and incredible capabilities to lay waste to enemy forces and especially,
especially in the consumption of other mecha musume, rendering her a dangerous and potentially unstable opponent. Ordinary humans are generally left alone unless hostile, but even if not ordered to, she may try and make a move against a particularly tasty-looking mecha...
