Town_Of_DearinLuian is just another civilian who is nice and friendly to those who live in the town. Yet possesses a hunger for those who are strangers to the town. She just can’t help herself! She complains that it’s in her neko instincts. Yet people always wonder if it’s just an excuse to be able to eat people who aren’t even registered to the town yet? Though she will act casual and friendly. Yet? Get her close to you enough and if you’re not a civilian of the city? She will send you down to churn like the rest of the unfortunate souls she had eaten.
Luian also works at the town's Cafe. usually running counter work or wandering the place. doing small tasks for the owner of this place. she loves working here because a lot of the newcomers pass by and they are free eats.
