Angel. Protector. Guardian. Once upon a time, this angel was a guardian of justice and peace in the forces of Heaven. Until recently.
Neliiyah had spent many long years serving to protect the innocent, purify corrupted souls, and make sure those who passed would get
to heaven before the forces of hell could capture the wayward drifters, and trap them in the underworld. Eventually, however, things
went south. Neliiyah was no longer guarding the innocent, or taking care of her other duties. Despite her efforts to maintain her
innocence and purity, she slowly changed. In the first picture you can see her hair has turned black, her wings turning from pure
white to a black. Her armor is not shining and brilliant, but a darker tone. Even her sword is not the gleaming golden symbol that
once pierced all evil.

In the other picture you can see, generally, how she looked before she transformed. Granted, Neliiyah is without armor and a weapon.
Neliiyah isn't sure of her age, either. Counting the number of years was never something she paid any attention to, and even as she
is slowly corrupted, her physical age never alters.

Her mind is slowly changing, and as it does so, she enjoys the pleasures she didn't as guardian of peace and love. Her sense of duty
to purify corrupted souls has turned into gluttony, a desire to eat those she sees as unlawful in any way. Other duties are corrupted
in other fashions as well. Sometimes she looses it, and anyone near her may become a danger - including herself. This is a side effect
of the transformation, and she seeks to defeat it. When her mind is still her own she sets out on journeys to look for an answer
before losing her mind completely, and being fully corrupted and dark. She is terrified of what would happen then. Thus she has
left heaven, striking out to live in the Nexus and find an answer.

Still, on a more personal level, she enjoys typical things that a being would. She loves to read, watch movies, talk about the day,
and focus on her work. She takes a certain amount of pride in keeping her hair and body beautiful and luxurious. Shopping, sports,
going out to eat with friends are and were all things she has loved to do. Unfortunately, with her current predicament, such
activities are becoming more and more rare. Losing her old life is yet another driving force behind her goal of redemption.
