Nemarynth, a once proud race of aliens that share qualities of both the aquatic genome and the mammaillian. Empaths and Hydromancers, able to feel the emotions of the soul and command the waters of the world. However a cataclysm took their world, an unknown force devouring their planet, their race thought to be lost.

That is until a young hatchling awoke one day from her shell on a far away planet, lost and alone, the being knew not the strife of her people and instead had a childlike curiosity to all around her. Subsisting on fish to survive until she grew big and strong. It wasn't until she strayed into a small town one day that she'd come to learn who she was, using her empath ability to quickly pick up and learn the dialect of the indegenous species there. It was there too the nameless child came to learn the name of her race, and their supposed fate.

Nemarynth or Nemmy to those who get to know her well, took up the name of her people as her own, hoping that if she survived then perhaps there would be others like her out amongst the stars. The truth is there is more to her than just a survival story, Nemarynth is the child of more than two parents, she was concieved in a final moment of hope, a union of souls and emotions to create something new, somewhere safe. As such she has additional abilities that excell beyond what her race was once capable of, including the ultimate survival method. Should her body be destroyed Nemarynth may return to this world as long as her soul can reach water.
