Tripp is just the average human who's had it a bit rough. No luck with friends, no luck with relationships since they all ended up cheating on him and some pregnant. He's just a bit of a loner looking for a good shoulder to lean on and sigh. If he does manage a friendship he holds tightly to it, and hates to let go. Even if the 'friend' is violent towards him, as long as they're 'accepting' he'll deal with it.
Tripp is rather quite though because of his social failures, and won't really open up to someone until they've talked for a while first. Once he gets talking though he'll say anything, and all his secrets will come out if the questions are asked.
