Neopolitan

Neo, themed after neapolitan ice cream, has the appropriate trio of colors in her hair and on her outfit. Her hair is half pink and half brown, with white streaks in the pink half. She stands about 4'9" tall with irises that alternate between pink, brown and white at times when she blinks. She wears a white jacket with a pink interior and brown pants. Under her jacket is a black corset, curved in the middle of the bottom, exposing her sides. She also has a multitude of necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. She doesn't let jokes about her size, in various departments, off lightly.

Dexterous and unnaturally graceful, what she lacks in physical strength she makes up for in nimbleness and trickery. Neo exhibits the ability to leave behind replications of her environment and those that inhabit it which break into shards of evaporating glass on contact. Whilst unrestrained, she can also teleport herself and anyone she holds short distances provided she has actual sight of her destination. She will attempt to flee in combat without hesitation if she finds herself out-matched. Her umbrella functions threefold, as a melee weapon, an estoc embedded in the hilt which can be drawn out from the handle, a shielding canopy and lastly a single-shot gun at the end.

Neo is mute or at least, that is what the common belief is. She makes no attempt to communicate with sign language, leaving only her expression and posture for others to attempt to decipher her intentions. What is known is that her mood can switch from pleasant to psychotic on a dime and that she won't hesitate to satiate herself if she finds someone to be easy pickings.
