tl;dr: Purely macro, cute 14 year old boy. Obsessed with macro to the point he was sectioned, and meeting occasional micros doesn't help his fragile mind state.

From a very young age, Niko displayed a rather strong affinity to bugs. He loved being around them, examining them, exerting his dominance and power over them. He was three when he first saw an ant, the first thing he thought of doing was to smush it under his finger.
As the years went on, he became more and more obsessed with it, spending entire days outside stepping on bugs, skipping school lessons to find more ant hills to harass with his mighty tread... And at the age of eight his parents tried doing something, only to have the boy scream and kick until they let him go, whereupon he immediately returned to his bugs.
They tried several times to get him under control, but in the end, nothing worked. He was too interested in his bugs to focus on anything else. One day, when hunting for bugs, he came across the strangest one he had ever seen... He didn't even notice as he killed the shrunken form of his older brother, pounding him flat under his shoe. It was only until later when his parents went looking for his brother that they found the tiny, squashed form.
How his brother had been shrunk in the first place was a mystery, but their parents knew what their youngest son was like... They couldn't get the thought out of their heads that he had been the one to do it, however impossible that seemed. There was no alternative at this point, they had no choice but to send him away...
He's now 14, having spent the last six years in a mental hospital, in a highly guarded section more to prevent him having access to other people. Heavily drugged most days, he's developed into a very emotionless teen, left to himself most of the time. Even the workers are afraid he's developing some form of abilities, having been told the story, having to draw straws to decide who has to deal with him each day. Once a month he's subject to a review of his mental state, which so far he's managed to fail every one so far.
Every night he dreams very vividly about his fantasies. Random people every time, finding their way into his room, left to his cruel, sadistic ways. Crushing them under various body parts, devouring them in all of his orifices... Despite them having no relation, rarely being in the same town or even country as him, these people are suddenly missing the next day, never to be found...

Player enjoys micros being crushed under or against any pody part, eaten/inserted in any hole he has available, and sexual themes. The standard setting for RP with this character is a prey being pulled into his dreams, his desires so intense that his dreams are capable of pulling a person from existence, trapping them within his mind. From there, his dream will finish them, fueling his desires.
Other settings can involve the boy acquiring shrinking or growing abilities, escaping the hospital and causing terror for the citisens of his home town.
Macro as required of a scene, with crushing, vore and sex the optional side-themes to go along with it.
