Noa in her normal, human, form. She's the one with blue hair and a bust you could smother a family in.
Noa is an extremely curvy woman with oddly colored hair and eyes that are only a hint at the strangeness she really possesses. Her long robin egg blue hair trails down to her feet, just like her full-body dress with it's plunging neck line. It's surprising because, aside from her bust, she's pretty well covered and the formal dress is almost modest in most regards. It can't honestly obscure her heavenly figure, but it does a damn good job trying! As for her prodigious bust...well it's a miracle that she doesn't spill out of it, to put it simply, especially when one can spy the swell of her breasts from behind her with laughable ease. A tit man's (or girl's) wet dream made flesh, she carries herself in a manner that suggests she's just as fond of her chest as her admirers.
So what is Noa? The obvious answer is a supremely endowed woman, even in a land where a cock can easily surpass a foot in length, one who carries herself with a prim attitude as if she's somewhere she doesn't want to be. Most would be predators assume this to mean she doesn't want to be in the Park, likely because she's an easy target. These fools have added at least one layer of padding to her curvy body.
No, Noa doesn't have a problem with the park or what goes on in it, but rather the people in it. To most, she can be described as being a bit haughty and stuck up, when she isn't busy lazing about in the sun. She flaunts her body, in both her forms, as a gift from the Heavens and is merciless in teasing and embarrassing those who weren't as lucky to have been gifted like she is. This wouldn't be nearly as frustrating as it is if people could just...swallow her down and be done with it, but she's proven remarkably resilient in this matter so people have had to put up with her gloating for the most part.
And when she isn't being stuck up? Well, then she's usually quite lethargic, lounging around in the sun or getting something sweet (or greasy) to chow down on to pass the time. Most people actually first see her just napping in on a sun-light warmed rock, like some kind of snake, and it's the best impression that the glutton can give most people.
However...there is a third side to Noa, one that is rarely seen and has to do with her purpose in the Park in the first place. This buxom wonder is always wandering about and asking questions when she is active, especially after rumors of other women like herself, but not the same. When she catches wind that on of them has been spotted, the pride and laziness fall away to expose a cold and calculating person that might as well be a completely separate person. She seems to be seeking out her 'sisters' for her own reasons and, on occasion, one of her victims has been able to bargain for their release if they have information on this subject. Of course...if they are lying...well...Let us just say she's capable of great destruction...and even greater cruelty to those who slight her.
Abilities:
Regeneration: Most people have it and so does Noa, but most don't have it as fast as she does. With a healthy store of energy, Noa could regenerate from a life-threatening wound in only a minute or so. However, it's not immortality, hit her hard enough and fast enough and her nanites won't be able compensate.
Hair: Her hair is very much a weapon. From manipulating it like large blades to using it to pin an opponent to the ground, it can more then a couple of things. These things also include launching strands of hair like needles, using the twin tendrils hidden in her locks to pierce and bind prey, to using the thick metallic looking sheet behind her (yes, that's hair too) as a shield.
Armor: Her armor does more then protect her, it can come off in her hands and shaped in rudimentary fashions ((Though not to the extent Asa can)), will quickly shift to protect the 'exposed' parts of her body, and is amazingly resilient to bludgeoning and attempts to slash it. It's her primary defense after all, and her other abilities can only be used when her nanite armor is active. If she gets attacked, she can't really screw around with and usually changes quickly.
Favorite things
Smothering: She loves to smother her prey in her booty or between her breasts, almost more then Noa actually enjoys swallowing or absorbing prey.
Humiliation: It goes hand in hand with everything else in this section. Noa loves to verbally abuse her victims, especially if it makes said victims shamefully aroused by what she's doing. Anything from calling a person ugly or 'small' (some people think she has a size complex...) to...much more severe language. But it all depends on who she's playing with and how they enjoy it. Usually this can, and will, degrade into Noa demanding her victims worship her breasts.
Dirty Language: Not Noa herself, no. She likes to make other people use it, under threat of suffocation or being eaten. Or if you don't like words like 'cock', 'cunt', 'tits' and so on then you might not want to whisper Noa or ask me to tone it down, either one works.
Enslavement: Giving and receiving. Noa is possessive and (IC) jealous as all hell. She enjoys warping people to fit her desires almost as much as she likes to devour them. Chances are there's a higher chance she'll try to enslave your character then gulp them down, especially if your her 'type' (curvy or plump girls/women). You have to be one hell of a RPer before I'll let you do this to Noa though and Noa's own pets had best be careful to keep her happy or their enslavement will be rather short.

The first post means a lot to me since it lets me know if I can hope for more if you begin to fade off because of sleep or something or lets me know there's nothing to look forward to, in which case I usually hit the ignore button if you become persistent (And I do use it, so don't get too annoying, 'kay? ^^). Hell, even just knowing you tried on that first post means a lot.
Yes, vore isn't a major thing with this character but it can still happen as mentioned above. I sometimes disappear without warning it's because RL has a habit of messing with me. If I can I'll drop a PUB explaining why (If possible) and apologizing. I like to be courteous since I know popping off can peeve some people off.
I love verbose role-play. Nice, lovely, long role-play. Please try to get at least four lines, that's all. A good descriptive four lines at least and I'm happy.))
