Noe Summers is the youngest daughter of the Summer's crime family. She has no interesting in crime however and instead prefers to cosplay and make content. That doesn't mean she hasn't got her families fiery temper. She has grown up around preds and knows to be careful and never look too tasty around them if you can avoid it. She's good friends with Jules and Nora.
