Noigmi

This girl appears to be around twelve years of age. She stands at around four feet, five inches tall, and wears a long summer dress, baby blue in colour, made of thin, breathable fabric. She wears this even in the middle of winter. It's odd. She doesn't look cold, though, even when it's below freezing. Her skin has an almost greyish, unhealthy colour, but otherwise she looks perfectly fine, with startlingly sharp green eyes and waist-length brown hair. She tends to smile a lot, and act friendly. However, there's something slightly... off about her. It's almost uncomfortable to be around her for too long...

Noigmi, the girl, is an interesting creature. Human, as far as she's aware, but with an odd quirk of nature that resulted in her being born without the usual magical 'spark'. She has a soul - she wouldn't be alive if she didn't - but a piece of it, the link to magic, is missing. This has several benefits: for example, she's immune to most forms of magical attack. Magical lightning and fire does little more than damage her clothes, and mind-altering effects seem to just slide right off of her. Unfortunately, she's also immune to magical healing; she has to heal naturally, or not at all. She is not, however, immune to deific levels of reality control; this isn't, strictly speaking, magical.

Oddly, for someone so mundane (some would say unnaturally mundane), Noigmi tend to attract rather odd things. She's met more than her fair share of angels, demons, ghosts, spirits, gods, aliens, time travelers.. you get the idea.

Magical effects targetted at her don't miss, as such. They hit perfectly, but are simply absorbed. They lay dormant, doing nothing more than producing heat in the girl's body (therefore, after being in highly magical places like the park for a while, her skin starts to get incredibly hot). However, when she dies, and her non-magical soul leaves her body, they're released, and all take place at once. This wild surge of magical energy can cause nearly anything to happen; however, some of the magical potential is always used to bring the girl back to life. A sort of magical self-defense mechanism, if you will.
