Noneo

Normal fight theme:


Noneo doesn't always get serious during combat, but when he does...

Noneo appears as a normal human being save his red eyes, and actually even seems a bit... Wimpy. But as with many things in the park, appearances can be deceiving. Noneo's speed and strength are far beyond anything a human could match. He is fully capable of uprooting large trees and carrying them about just as easy as someone else would carry a small tree limb. Noneo doesn't realize the extents of these aspects of his abilities, and he often finds them increasing even further when he needs them most.

Noneo's senses are also all at least slightly enhanced, but his hearing is the most effected. He can hear far better than any normal human, but is capable of controlling this ability so that every bug's wings don't sound like a constant drumming to him. Particularly loud noises can still affect him however.

Despite all this, Noneo's most impressive ability is his manipulation of space. He is capable of teleporting himself, or any non-living object within short distance of himself. He cannot teleport any living thing besides himself. To help facilitate this ability, Noneo is capable of sensing any solid object within his range of teleportation. Thus, he is always aware of of his immediate surroundings. This keeps him from accidentally getting stuck halfway inside a tree or somesuch.

Weapons and armor:
Noneo doesn't carry any weapons or armor on him, but his home is equipped with devices that allow him access to anything inside at any time via his teleportation abilities. There is no known limit to how far away he can summon something from inside his home, or send it back. He has a huge variety of blades, guns, and armor within his home, but he usually limits himself to dual single-edge swords, or dual pistols on the rare occasion he actually uses weapons. So far, he's never actually used his armor.

Blacksteel:
The material that all of Noneo's equipment is made of. It's a mysterious black metal that is produced by Noneo himself when he is hungry.
The metal has the strange quality of being highly affected by the will of its wielder. Because of this, when it is being used as armor or a weapon it is nearly indestructible, but when attempting to melt it down to make something out of it, it melts easily and can be reworked into weapons or armor with relative ease, even by a novice.
This same quality makes it perfect for conducting the powers of its wielder. For example, if someone who was capable of controlling fire decided to use a blacksteel sword, the sword itself would likely burst into flames and can even throw fireballs if its user wanted it to. If the metal is touched by two people, its ability only responds to the first person to touch it. If it is touched by no one, it retains the properties it had from the last person until a new wielder takes it. There is no known source of the metal other than Noneo himself, so if you want some you'll have to get it from him.

The Device:
The Anti-Reformation Failure device is a shoulder mounted folding turret-like device that ensures anyone eaten by Noneo always reforms properly. In the event that it detects a reformation failure, it quickly absorbs the escaping soul and holds it while creating a new body. It does this by absorbing the magic that creates new bodies during a natural reformation. The device also has a secondary functionality that allows it to scan targets. The primary purpose of this function is to detect irregular patterns and decide whether the target is capable of reformation, either naturally or through the use of the A.R.F. device. However, the scan can, under the right circumstances, provide additional information. Oddly, the device has been on the fritz lately, though it never fails in its primary functionality.

A.R.F. device mods:
After an adventure with Elosida involving a shrink ray, Noneo managed to incorporate the ray into his A.R.F. device, and can now shrink and restore people at will. He cannot grow people though, only restore shrunken ones to their original size.

Personality:
Despite his appetite for humans and similar creatures, Noneo's a pretty friendly and compassionate fellow. He does his best to avoid harming his prey, and even makes sure that they reform properly. He will even do his best to defend anyone he meets from attack, and would be willing to go through a lot of pain to save a complete stranger. He's not exactly the best at cheering people up, but that won't stop him from trying... He's just a guy who tries to make things better wherever he goes... Though he usually ends up with more enemies than friends due to his appetite.

Regarding slavery:
Surprisingly enough due to his friendly nature, Noneo is not at all against owning slaves. However, any slaves of his will find themselves treated rather well, as can be expected from someone of his friendly personality. He won't hesitate to punish a slave, but only if they have done something genuinely wrong, and even then the punishment will be appropriate the crime. Otherwise, they are likely to end up in his gut from time to time, but this is true of virtually any female who hangs around Noneo too much, so it is to be expected. He will only take female slaves. He has been known to force women into being his slave IF, and only if, he believes that living with him would be better than their current situation. In this case, if they still reject him as a master after a few weeks, he will typically allow them to go free.

Backstory:
Noneo was a pretty normal guy, with a normal name, up until about two years ago. At that point, there is suddenly a blank spot in his memory spanning an entire year. It was during this blank spot that he somehow acquires his mysterious abilities and... appetite. The only other part of his memory that is affected is his name, which he cannot remember. He was separated from what little family he had during this time as well, and has been unable to find them since.

After awakening from his blackout he found himself, with his powers, inside his specially built house, which includes his armory. The house was in the middle of a desert. After a bit of experimenting with his new powers, he discovered that the house had a built in device that amplified his teleportation ability, allowing him to bring the entire house with him. Using this device, he began exploring, trying to find his hometown. However, when he reached the park, the device malfunctioned and broke, leaving him stuck here. Finding that devouring other people was commonplace here, he decided to give up searching and settle down here, where his abilities won't be as terrible as elsewhere.
