Nyoka

Koukuji_Family wonders how weird it is for someone to identify as a 'cannibal' in a world where people eat each other on a regular basis

"City life getting you down? Need to get away from all the noise and traffic and ridiculously-high gas prices? Then book a trip over to Deep Nável Island and... what? Stop snickering! Anyway. Enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation in a tropical paradise, with everything you can think of! Luxury hotels, a massive private beach for tanning and surfing and other such activities, and five-star dining with only the best dishes made from the freshest ingredients, and certainly no natives serving guests as the main course! Deep Nável Island, a paradise so amazing, you'll never want to leave...!"

That's the sales pitch commonly seen and heard from a little girl passing out pamphlets in public areas, advertising a promising getaway to a little-known island called Deep Nável (pronounced "nah-VELL") Island. Some folks do like the sound of a nice island vacation, so of course they might decide to take a trip down to this apparently tropical paradise. But when they arrive, things aren't quite what they expected...

Turns out that Nyoka here, their sweet little travel guide (that often acts incredibly suspicious snyway), is actually a very young queen of the island's native tribe of cannibals, and the "tropical vacation" is merely a front to get some 'fresh meat' for her people. That cute outfit she's wearing? It belonged to one of her recent meals, and she needed something to fit in when she's out "grocery shopping". Many an unlucky tourist has gotten duped by this 'vacation', and ended up as part of a cannibal feast.

Especially for Nyoka, as meat is her absolute favorite food.

But one has to wonder how she manages to fool anyone into traveling to her island. She's pretty open in her gluttony and has a habit of plotting to herself out loud, where most anyone can hear her. Despite the odds, she manages to get food on the table and into her gut. Of course, sometimes she doesn't bother to wait and she'll chow down on her own. Being a queen, she feels entitled to a feast all to herself once in a while. The island will be fine without her for a few days, she assumes.

In public places, she'll try to hide her cannibalistic tendencies, and just shovels tons of anything-else-edible down her gullet.
