The Otherworldly Menace, Oriax!
Oriax comes from a realm where decadence and suffering go hand in hand. To call him demonic would describe his personality as well as his appearance. He takes a glee in playing with mortals, teasing their souls out, corrupting them. Demonic magic is at his control, allowing him to be quite tall, and others quite small. He can bind them with chains, control the temperature around him and has a mild hypnotic gaze that only intensifies with size scale.
Weakness
He is, of course, only a demon. The normal channels will weaken or harm him. Holy symbols char his skin, circles will bind him, holy water will burn like acid. He is also honour bound. Should someone offer their soul to him, he will give them exactly what they want, until it is time to collect.
