Otilla lived there with her older brother Dewey, a Dewott who refuses to evolve past his current form by keeping his ever stone on a necklace around his neck. Otilla used to do dungeon jobs with one of her best friends, a Fennekin named Oya, who grew up to form [[Team GoGoGo]] with her. Otilla now runs a guild with her guildmates these days, doing jobs that the Explorers guild and the Sheriff wouldn't touch or just don't have time to do. She puts in the bulk of the work, wanting to help out people around town the best she could. Typically her attitude is always super happy, there is never a time where you'd see her frowning or looking sad unless something has been done to put in such a foul mood, usually messing with her friends and Guildmates or endangering her lives while she's there. Otilla feels like she's committed enough sins in her early lives and is doing a lot of what she does to repent, only being in her early 30s, she's still got a lot of life and fight left in her. Retired SamuraiHer Shell Armor ability isn't just a passive, it's actual armor that she's owned since she was young. Otilla and her brother, Dewey have been training in the way of the sword as long as she can remember. From a Young age she's been told to pick up arms and undergo rigorous training under the blessing of Keldeo. The group of Samurai consisted of six members and her and her brother are two of the six and existed as a group to rise up against evil that threaten Mystic and Legendary Pokemon alike. Otilla and Dewey had a reputation for a sword technique that their family were infamous for against other enemy groups. Otilla and Dewey both earned the name "Sea Devil" for just how viscous their attacks could be. They've extended the use of Razor Shell not just for the high water pressure blade but to have extra techniques stapled onto it such as blows that seals an opponents ability to use their own abilities, one that eats through armor and clothing to strip a foe down to nothing, a long range sword strike and a flurry of blows that is meant to open the gates of death onto an opponent. There are rumored to be other attacks that the two have created, but some haven't lived to tell the tale about them. Otilla is trained in a fighting style that is meant to inflict as much pain as possible without outright killing her target just to incapacitate them enough to subdue the person. Though she's a trained killer, she's never actually had the chance to use her skills on another Pokemon but if the chance arises, she's ready for it. She comes equipped with her armor, a shell bell given to her by her brother and a sword made from the horn of a Keldeo. With the sword it increases her abilities exponentially and even grants her the [i]Secret Sword[/i] ability and has only ever used the blade as a tool of justice against a very specific Zoroark. She is however retired from this lifestyle. Having left her armor and blade back at Serene Village with her brother and hasn't been back there in years. She hasn't found a reason to retrieve her gear but she knows it's there when she needs it. Otilla is very secretive about her life as a Samurai and if it comes up in a conversation, she would just play it off or try to change the subject.
