Lilly was raised in the small City of Cerulean, the town was rather popular place due to the Gym owned by a group of sisters and the spectacular water shows they put on. Ever since child birth Lilly had been taken to these shows month after month, she loved them, finding the women who preformed there beautiful and enticing, This meant Lilly grew up seeing how much pokemon can effect the livs of people afterall, these shows where between human and pokemon alike. It made Lilly want to find one of her own and become friends with them and many more. She had loved the pokemon doll's you could buy in shops, and has a large collection, she is a kid at heart, but can be serious and if needed control, she isnt a push over and loves to travel, but the weather at times annoys her.

For Lilly's 16 birthday her parent got her a special gift it was her frst ever pokemon a small cotton like thing called Cottonee, it was cute, soft, like a sheep pillow, the warmth it gave her made warm night better, it was like a protection teddy. Lilly loved her little Cotttonee and soon started to play alittle more, she isnt battle ready and hasnt left the City yet, but she wants to just alittle scared to leave her home behind.
