Pachi_Cassy

Cassy is an Ice Pachirisu that uses ice to electricity. She is very cold resistant and loves cool places. She does enjoy warmth as well, though favors cold. She also had a spell put on her that granted her immortal freedom which prevents her from being captured or being anyone's plaything/toy. She also has the ability to eat anything under 5 feet tall without a problem and a slendering ability to hide a full belly.

Cassy is good willed and doesn't like having to fight. She loves being around good friends and helping them out where and when she can. She dislikes nasty creatures and hostile creatures, keeping away from them if she can get away from them.

Light blue fur: Her fur is light blue due to her ice abilities.
Reformation tail ring: Was given to her when she was teleported to the park... From who, it's unknown.
Heart Gem: A gem that regenerates a small bit of vitality while she's calm. While running, she regenerates even slower.
