Species: Half-Fae, Half Cuckoo Wasp Youkai.

tl;dr: basically the unholy and OP spawn of a forbidden coupling of a fairy and a wasp youkai. she has had limitations placed on her by the Lords of Order at birth to keep her power contained (fairies have EXTREMELY high rates of power, but their magical abilities are limited to wish-granting once they are captured in closed containers and when mated with other powerful magical beings, such as youkai, there is a chance that their offspring may have the immense wish-magic without the limitations that fae-folk have placed on them.)

pecan was allowed to live with the caveat that she would never know the full force of her magical potential. she is still immensely strong, though and doesn't really seem to take much of an issue with her power being limited at all.

she is kind of seen as an abomination and, though she's pretty chipper, she has a sadness deep within her. also she's very weirdly fascinated by humans and wants a human boyfriend/pet/slave/butler... just a human that belongs to her.
