A being woke up in a forest one day in Sinnoh, and saw a glimpse of yellow out of the corner of her eye. She sat up instinctively, looking at her hands. Then a thought popped into her head. Who am I? This was a question she couldn't answer. Standing up, the trees towered above her. Looking around, whatever she saw at first had gotten away. There was a lake nearby. Walking towards the lake, Penny looked at her reflection and gasped. Her form was not of the kind she was expecting, though she wasn't quite sure what that was. Staring back at her, a form of pink and light blue was found in the water. Gasping at this, she fell backwards, again onto her back. Closing her eyes, Penny stopped for a moment to think. She couldn't recall anything at all. Then a word came to her. Penny. She thought to herself. What does that mean? Taking the word as her own, Penny now set a goal as she wandered off into the forest: To discover who she was, what she was doing, and why.

It's up to you to find out what happened to her, or use her for other purposes. Or you can keep her around as a friend, help her understand what the heck life even is, and chum around. The worst she can do is say no. Even then, not like she has much physical power to enforce that no.
