Background – A winter whimsical and joyful fairy, or elf depending where one hears the legend, located in Europe. He leaves the frost at the windows at night and is known to nip at people's notices. Normally innocent, if provoked he will unleash powerful ice attack, prone to freezing the opponent to death.

Personality – Joyful and whimsical, when not eating or leaving frost he is prone to naps and skipping along to an unknown beat.

Icey Body - Being a fairy of ice, he inhertally is resistant to ice but is weak to fire.
