Every weekday, from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM, good-natured Patricia Pink-- known simply as "Pat" to his friends-- is your average student. He goes to class, he studies, he hangs out, he makes about a B average.. he likes video games, he has crushes, he argues with his parents and is trying to get his Driver's License (but parallel parking is kind of a bitch, you know..?) Day in and day out, it's basically the same routine you'd expect for any other boy his age. Sure, he's a little "prettier" than the other boys in his class, but he doesn't get picked on for it. In fact, it's made him sort of popular! There's been more than one secret admirer note tucked into his locker at the end of the schoolday. But unlike his classmates, Patricia has one very special extracurricular activity: he's actually a Magical Boy.
See, about a year ago, Patricia came across a cute wand that fell from the sky. Seriously, out of nowhere, it just.. bonk, falls right on his head. Not thinking much of it (besides "where the Hell did this thing come from"), he brought it home with him. And that's when all sorts of weird stuff started happening. Some real mean characters showed up in town, threatening him, his friends, his family, demanding the wand.. but Patricia, before he could hand the darn thing over, accidentally unlocked the power within. How did he unlock it? He honestly has no idea. Maybe it was his "pure heart", his love for the people around him, or some nonsense like that.. but regardless, light surrounded him, transformed him, transformed his clothes (yep, in the same embarrassing way that every Magical Girl transforms) and even transformed the wand in his hand; donning a flusteringly skimpy outfit and a frilly umbrella, Patricia Pink became the hero Magical Pretty Petticoat from that day forward. Equipped with strange, new powers, Petti became the ever-vigilant hero of love and justice in town.
Now, that's pretty impressive and all, but even a year isn't a whole lot of time to figure out all the bizarre magic nonsense your new wand can do for you. It's not like the thing came with an instruction manual, or even a super-helpful fuzzy sidekick. Nope, Petti's been winging this whole Magical Boy thing from day one! Unfortunately, he's still a rookie, and even though he can beat up some jobbers.. well, he's still easily overpowered by stronger fiends and monsters. Case-in-point, it is super easy to just knock the wand out of his hand and tie him up, or hypnotize him. He hasn't quite figured out how to stop that from happening. Unlucky for him, but very lucky for the perverse predators who just want to molest a slender piece of boymeat like him, huh?
