Before you is a seemingly ordinary human female with a dark obsession. You see, Pippa can become a bit possessive of certain things and people, almost to the point of sickness. Coupled with her innate ability to change the size of others, this can be troublesome.
Despite her almost rabid fanaticism, she shows a cold cunning, knowing exactly how to ensnare the object of her current fandom. When she manages to get close, she shrinks them and they become the centrepiece of her collection. Cherished and idolised. Until, of course her interest wanes and she finds a new victim.
Her obsession will mostly inflict itself on celebrities or otherwise influential individuals but she may be seen having an equally deadly girlcrush on a strong, independent female, or a burly headstrong man.
No-one is safe really.
