Pomphrey

Before you stands a man of elegance. Tall, thin, dressed in a black suit and wearing a wide brimmed black hat, his white gloved hands carrying with them a curved handle black cane, playing with it between his long and skilled fingers. Piercing gray eyes, long silky black hair, it's clear this man has a good sense of fashion!

He has only a few abilities, read here!

1. First and foremost, he can teleport. I know how this sounds but it's not too overpowered, his body becomes a black puff of smoke and he appears instantly somewhere else, usually anywhere between two and thirty feet away. He can do this as many times as he likes, and though it takes longer, he can teleport others as well, as long as they're touching him in some manner or another.

2. Silver tongue and the immovable seed! He carries a pouch with him at all times, this small black, velvety pouch is filled with these tiny green seeds. He can take out a seed at the blink of an eye, and plant it on someone just as fast! He already has a rather smooth tongue, but when a seed is planted on someone, that tongue becomes silver. The seed takes a total of five minutes of skin contact to work fully, it doesn't do any damage, all it does is make anything that is spoken by Pomphrey seem to be pure fact. Say he slips the seed on someone's shirt, it burrows through in a minute or two, then digs into their skin painlessly, and blooms. After it takes full effect, that person would be at the mercy of whatever words the suited man would say!

3. The blast! Once a day, he can release all the store energy from his teleportations from the tip of his cane, sending out a blast of black energy that contains as much power as three punches from Iron Mike Tyson! The blast is about the size of a baseball, and can travel straight or in an arch, and is typically too fast for a normal human being to dodge unless they're ready for it!

4. An affinity for knives and cutting people open! He always carries three scalpels on his person, along with various other medical dealings. Let it be known that if you're injured he will attempt to fix you, or die trying!(As long as you're the one dying. :P)

He has a very, very heavy Irish accent, so strong most people may not be able to understand him, but, this also means he's of Irish heritage!

He was born in Bordeaux, France, and moved to Limerick, Ireland when he was only two years old.

His birth parents died before he was born, explain that shit!

He was adopted by the closest living relatives, who, in all seriousness, were barely more than fifth cousins.

He's been wearing that hat of his since he was ten years old...
...And he's had the cane since he was four.

His original hair color was blonde, it changed to black on it's own during puberty.
