Poppy, the last remaining fairy within Blossom Woods, and its only protector. The other fairies having vanished long ago, Poppy considers herself responsible for the safety of the woods and those within it. Despite being small, she's quite capable when it comes to magic, the fairy able to control plants with ease. And, despite her size of three inches, she's still more than capable of ending any human who enters the woods thanks to her sword and knowledge of vital organs and pressure points. Though, this is often a last resort. In truth, Poppy is a kind, timid girl. But when Blossom Woods is threatened, she'll do everything in her power to protect it, no matter what it takes.

Blossom Woods itself is a place absolutely brimming with both life and magic. The water seems to shimmer and sparkle, flowers of all sorts grow far larger than normal plant life, and the ecosystem thrives! The forest is home to many magical ingredients, ranging from special mushrooms to plants and other insects that many magicians and alchemists would kill to get their hands on. Most importantly though is a large oak known as The Goddess of Blossoms. Though little is known about the tree, it's undeniable that it contains a vast amount of magical energy. In fact, it seems to be the main source of magic in the forest, mystical energy flowing through its its long roots that extend to the very edges of the forest. It is this magic that keeps Blossom Woods stunningly beautiful. It allows both plants and animals alike to thrive, and some say that the tree is even alive, altering the forest to create the correct conditions for other rare and beautiful things to sprout up and begin their new lives within Blossom Woods. It is for this reason Poppy protects the forest so fiercely. Though she's unsure of what exactly could happen were a human to reach The Goddess of Blossoms, it was always said in legends passed down by her people that no outsider could be allowed to get anywhere near the mighty oak.
