This is a story character first, and a vore character second. The story may include vore (it probably will, and that's totes okay.) But it won't be the entire main plot of the story. This warning is meant to save those who are looking for primarily vore characters several pages of reading only to bust in and look around and say "Hey, where's the cream filling?"
My alt list, and a lot of useful info and disclaimers about me that you should probably read are here. ShadesofBlack

Potential_Katelyn is an alternate reality - or perhaps future reality - of Katelyn.
As of yet, she has no real definition, aside from the guideline that's led me to create her. She's basically a roleplaying idea that got way too big to fit on Katelyn's profile and get's its own dedicated character. I don't want to rush into this too fast and botch it, so please don't be upset if you approach me about this, and I like your idea, but I don't want to start right away. But if you have any ideas for it, even if you aren't interested in playing this out, please send me a whisper!

Katelyn's modern (optionally,) orderly, predictable world is about to change. Or she's about to be torn from it. Either way, she suddenly going to find herself in an environment where mistakes may have more harsh consequences. It may be a warzone, it may be a struggle between spirits of good and evil, it may be an ancient power beneath the earth heaving up and changing everything. But she's going to be plunged into a world she understands very little of, and the only thing that will save her will be her own wits and unexpected luck or a chance meeting with someone or something else. Initial thoughts, this could be one of two kinds of persons.
1
The first person is someone who is more familiar and at home in the new environment. A member of a squad of super soldiers, or a powerful magician or warrior, or perhaps even a scary witch, who has better intentions than their appearance would imply. Whoever this person is, they're going to protect Katelyn and help her grow stronger. Their reason may be compassion, or it may be duty. But they'll keep her alive long enough to get on her feet, and learn that she can be strong too, and they'll probably teach her a few things along the way. She may even wind up being able to help.
2
The second person is someone who is even more helpless than Katelyn, and needs someone to protect them. I will still want the other player's help developing or defining the situations that Katelyn is in, even if their character may be meek, or lack influence at first. Katelyn has a great deal more willpower and strength than she knows, but it'll take some motivation to make her realize that. She may not value her own life very highly, having few family or loved ones to live for, but if she has someone to protect, that may change things. I still don't want her to turn into an instant badass, but it just might be enough to keep her alive until she gains a few levels.
In either case, her life will change permanently. I don't plan to do away with the old Katelyn, her reality exists already, and will continue to. But I also want to give her a chance to shine, and realize her heritage, powers, future, and some self-confidence without necessarily having to start from scratch with each story. Someone told me, "Multisession, long story roleplays rarely get very far here." I've seen that it's very true, but I don't want to develop this character completely from the old Katelyn myself, just so the new Katelyn can be seen in short scenes later. I want to actually play out the events that changed her, because an epic story is best shared. Then perhaps afterwards, her new self will be around for short scenes, too.

Example ideas:
These are examples, not fixed screen plays. I don't just want to play them as they are, I want your input, ideas, and inspirations to factor in as well. But they're a good starting point to build a story idea from.
Super Soldier Katelyn (Update: or Vanguard Katelyn)
- Katelyn's "Earth" is invaded by aliens like in The Avengers, suddenly turning into a total war zone. Either called in by a desperate national government, or hired and sent in by a compassionate interplanetary organization, a team of high-tech, well trained super-soldiers arrives to rescue as many civilians as possible while the local military does what they can to slow the invaders. Katelyn is saved from death by their intervention. Shortly after the battle, while she is being flown off planet (or to a final, well-defended city), Katelyn has a lot to think about as she, along with the other survivors saved from the incident, are forced to quickly expand their view of reality, and the fact that she herself is the product of life from another world no longer seems to be such a terrible secret (or seems even worse, in the absence of friendly alien life). She talks with one of her rescuers while on the ship, and decides that she wants to inlist and join their ranks, wanting to make something of herself and seize the opportunity to explore the galaxy, looking for the secrets of her past on the way. Determined, she will do whatever it takes to make it as one of them, and pull her own weight on the team.
Power Level: Katelyn's abilities may develop well enough to further augment her strength and super soldier training. I just made the connection, having played Mass Effect since I originially wrote this character, and then having come back to the character. A vanguard or adept from ME is pretty much what I'm picturing. Katelyn is basically an untrained biotic. Would be very interesting to play in an ME universe fanfic.
Kinetic Witch Katelyn
- Magical beings are unearthed and begin rampaging through the world. At first, the governments of earth manage to keep it all under wraps, hushing up, paying off, or causing the affected to vanish off to research centers, where they may be treated quite well,... or rather less well. Not all of the magical creatures pouring into mundane reality are hostile, some of them are quite friendly in fact, to those who treat them well. And one such friendly creature, a fairy or an elf, perhaps even a witch or magi, finds Katelyn. The two are either found and caught by government agents, living together and taking care of each other while kept secretly in a hidden quarantine facility, or they become fugitives, on the move and hiding. Katelyn is forced to develop and use her powers, which the government believes to be from magical exposure. But when the time comes that the governments can no longer hide things, and chaos starts to erupt... it turns out that Katelyn's powers not only aren't normal magic, but are an antitheses of sorts: magic's equivalent from another world. She and her fae friend may be the only hope to save many many lives from a sinister power that is rising.
Power Level: Katelyn's powers will be a focus of the plot, and will develop to the point where she can bend space outside her own body, a form of telekinesis, though it may turn out to be difficult to control or weak except in certain cases. She may also be able to use her abilities as a universal counterspell, able to nullify any magic that can't overpower her through brute force. This would be a late development.
Ninja Katelyn
- Set in a universe similar to that of the Naruto series, but probably with none of the actual characters from the series being heavily involved so it's a semi original story, not a fan-fiction. Probably. Katelyn is caught in the middle of a ninja encounter, and is saved from danger by a friendly ninja (or perhaps just witnesses their battle), who is probably considered rather inept themselves, as far as ninjas go. But a ninja is still a ninja. Becoming friends with her rescuer (or not-rescuer), Katelyn asks to go with them back to their village, wanting to learn to be stronger, and wanting more adventure in her life. Higher ranking ninja, the Kage of the village, and even her ninja friend may be skeptical, but she'll want to impress people so badly, she'll learn quickly, picking up most of what young ninjas learn in the academy from her friend, and on the fly. Lacking the full teachings of the ninja academy, she will have limited understanding of the powers she learns to wield, and may never actually be considered a ninja by her peers, but she will still be able to go on missions with her new friend(s).
Power Level: Katelyn's powers, being from another world, will be equivalent to a rare Kekkei Genkai, but low powered without some training. How much she develops them, and what she learns to do with them, will depend on the story. One thing is certain, any ninja looking at her with the ability to sense chakra and ninjutsu will immediately see that she is quite different from most humans when she tries to perform ninjutsu.
Hopeless Protector Katelyn
- Similar to the Kinetic Witch storyline, Katelyn stumbles upon a magical or celestial being that has seen some very hard times recently, and shelters them, aids them, or hides them from hostile eyes. It may be an injured fairy, or it may be a fallen angel, still trying to hold on to their last shreds of grace. In some way or other, her contact with the other being will put her in danger. She may become the focus of nosy government agents, or demonic forces that the rest of the world doesn't see, looking to claim their prey from the pathetic girl who stepped in to protect them. The difference between the story lines is that Katelyn's powers will remain pretty much the same as they are. She won't become phenomenally more powerful, or find that her abilities are an anti-magic wild card. All she'll have is her compassionate heart, and her strength of will, probably for a while. It won't seem like it will be enough in the long run. She might be able to hide her new friend for a while, possibly within her, either through vore or a willing sort of possession. The only hope she'll have is that when whatever's hunting them finally decides to pounce, the one she's protecting will have recovered enough to fight it away. Or that they'll be able to reach some place of safety before then.
Power Level: Katelyn will have the basic, undeveloped powers she has to begin with, and that's about it. She may be able to bring out bits of strength she didn't know she had during desperate moments, and briefly externalize her powers. She won't be developing super powers afterward that are easily called on. It's not that I want them to lose, but this idea is meant to be a struggle.
Mech Pilot Katelyn
- Quite possibly a similar situation to Super Soldier Katelyn. But the special unit that comes to intervene is comprised of Battlemechs, or Mechas (The sentient, humanoid mechs. I actually know very little about them, so I wouldn't mind talking to one, if they happen to like this idea.) Either from an injury or death to their pilot or from a preference to go unpiloted followed by damage taken to self-control circuits, one of the mechs urgently requires a pilot and Katelyn happens to be right there. She proves herself to be quite competent with the game-like controls after a few blunders, and manages to get in the good graces of the rescue team or her host. So she is invited to work with them long-term. In the case of a Mecha, she may start to develop a love relationship with the mecha she piloted, and may eventually request that she be made into a Mecha herself, depending on how things go.
Power Level: Since this mainly focuses on Katelyn's piloting skills, probably not too much actual power increase on her own. Maybe some training and improvement of her powers with practice, if she becomes involved with the other pilots. If she were to be made into a mech herself though, that's a very different story. What happens if you give a mech psi powers?
Pokemon Trainer Katelyn *New*
- Same as listed on her default profile, but like... a long adventure together! Pokemon holds a lot of nostalgia and mystery to me, because it was part of my childhood, but I never got to play much and don't know it very well. I recently got into Pokemon Go, and was kinda disappointed overall after it just got to be the same thing over and over. I'd enjoy playing out adventures and fun of a small group or duo of trainers together, possibly with naughty fun sometimes in the middle. And maybe with an evil organization to stop and such.
Power Level: Katelyn may not really develop her abilities at all above her regular level. Alternatively, she could turn out to be a rare or even legendary pokemon herself, who just needs the right circumstances to evolve and reveal her true nature. If so, even she would not know this to begin with.

However we write it, to recap, this scenario will involve:
- Not just vore. It will probably be in the story at some point, maybe at a few points, but it probably won't be the main focus the whole time. It is one of Katelyn's abilities that she brings to the table still, and depending on the situation, might be called for. Others might be able to do it as well, using their own methods. Or perhaps the invading alien threat are all predatory! But I also want there to be battles, disasters, giant ray guns, swords, spaceships, monsters, magic, technology, any or everything else that makes a good story interesting. Adventure.
- Plot. This is gonna be plot heavy, if it turns out anything like how I want it to. This will be a collaborated story, so that means we both should have some idea where the plot's going, and should check in with one another regularly to share ideas and get on the same page. There could be some surprises for both of us, as far as interesting things from each other's characters or world ideas that maybe we didn't expect, but we should agree on where the general plot will be going. And it will involve several encounters and different scenes. If you want you can take some character development from it, though I won't require that it be canon outside of this story, that's up to you. And it will also hopefully involve Katelyn's abilities and possibly heritage, though not necessarily at the beginning.
- Patience. This story could be looooooooong compared to most I have played on Eka's. It could go on for months if we get into it. Think of it like joining a story-focused dungeons and dragons campaign. It's always okay to back out of a roleplay with me if it just isn't working out for you, though I cherish an opportunity to spice one up or improve it to your tastes. There's no official commitment of course, but as friends I'd appreciate it if you'd at least be reasonably sure to begin with that it's something that you'd like to see through to the end before we start. So I don't keep having to start it... and then start over again ... and again. On the same note, if you DO decide it's not your thing and you aren't enjoying it, please do still let me know. I'll be frustrated for a bit if there's no salvaging it and we've already worked on it a lot, but I'll live.
If you've read all this, then thank you! Even if you aren't interested, I really appreciate the time you spent on my ideas. Feel free to whisper or PM me with ideas if you like.

I'll be listing fully developed alternate Katelyns here (if any ever actually happen), and this potential story could start with one of them just as easily as the original if you have an idea.
