Puff_Puff_Witch

The witch from Dragon Quest VIII, as commonly known. She uses her Puff-Puff abilities on her foes to entrance them, then blasts them with her spells.

This one, however, prefers to keep her preys alive, slipping a collar on them and leading them back to her lair for some fun while she decides how to eat them. The cauldron is a classic, and her oven is quite effective as well. A bit of magic keeps them alive through the process, right up until they are looking up at her from the platter they are served on.

Alternatively, for smaller preys the witch will swallow them whole, though only if she's grown (relatively) fond of them and wishes to spare them the cooking.

Like many witches, she goes after children (males especially), loving how they gaze in adoration at her even while she stuffs the apple in their mouth and the carrot... elsewhere. Underage prey characters will be the primary focus while PPW is pred, but scenes involving her being defeated are less stringent.

Young hero lads had better watch out, for she can smell them a mile away... but if they manage to defeat her, the tables can be turned, and the collar and cuffs that are used to bind her foes can just as easily used to lead her naked, back to town... and since she's a monster, the villagers tend to have no problem whatsoever in spit-roasting her and serving her as the main course of the feast put on for the new hero!
