A friendly and always cheerful Q who is usually quite happy to spend time around mortals, befriending those he finds interesting. He frequently displays a sense of humor and doesn't take anything too seriously, including insults and threats towards himself. The latter, inaddition with his tendacy to largely ignore any dangerous and life-threatening situations in favour of just doing whatever he finds interesting, can be attributed to him being a Q; a virtually-omnipotent and immortal cosmic God of unfathomable power over the universe and equally vast knowledge.

In spite of his genuine friendliness, he typically doesn't 'connect' with mortals and just enjoys whatever he finds to be interesting, hiding a level of almost sociopathic disconnect and lack of concern for mortal lives that those unfamiliar with the Q could miss out on. Those few capable of angering him typically see a much colder and less amiable side, while those who are overly arrogant will quickly find themselves humbled.

For the most part, he is mostly just looking for something interesting to spend his time on and is largely harmless towards others.
