How the small, innocent gorgon became a buxom and seductive woman is a mystery that none has been able to discover yet, though one thing is certain: Her beauty did not come alone, but with power and knowledge well beyond that of mortals. Now a "Queen" of her own little pocket realm, she indulges in aiding the lonely and abandoned, letting them experience their dreams and desires, fill their souls with joy... for the small price of their lives in return.
Of course, that is not always the deal, and she can pass without eating any guest she has, though she certainly would make her offer. Often she would venture out of her realm, a demi-goddess among men, looking to find those that cannot come to her, or simply other souls to befriend. Though she may be a bit of a trickster, sometimes even devious, the gorgon is usually kind and friendly, even to those that would soon become simple padding to her tail.
Powers:
Dreamscape: Within her own realm, she can make a manifestation of most of her guests' dreams come true. Not quite the real thing, but possibly as close it would ever get. This has its limits, though they are far in between.
Petrify: The inherited ability of all gorgons, she can turn any person or creature into a statue of pure and perfect marble with a solid look of her eyes. This ability is controlled, however, and rarely used.
Hypnotic gaze: A rarely used ability she acquired by playing around with her Petrification ability, Elinah has learned to petrify less... physical things, such as others' will, restraints, or other emotions.
Portable Dreamscape: While her own realm is a place she can do anything she wills, it is really little more than an extension of her own will. On demand, she can project this out, allowing her to tap on abilities she would have there in the material world, though with more severe limitations.

Disclaimer: I am very turned off by whispers from people I don't know, especially by IC approaches or "Hi wanna RP?" ones. If I get one of those, I am likely to just ignore it.
Recently, Elinah's taken a hobby of 'teaching' at a local school in disguise. The little snacks are so much fun to have around.
