Rachele, well for a lack of a better term, is human. No fancy powers, no special abilities, in fact she has something against her. Rachele is what most would call unlucky. She was able to find a knack in computers and electronics, but she is just not good with people. She is very shy and hard to get close to, but if you get past her defense she can be one of the most loyal friends one could ask for.
She was raised in a way that most would call poor, she was shuffled from one foster family to the next never really getting adopted or spending more then a few months with each family. She did stay in the same are so she continued at one school and then in high school she was moved to another part of the state and started the same process all over again. The one constant she did have was ballet and she continues her stretching even though she no longer dances.

Rachele is a kind of fit the scene char. She does not really have a set life or background so she can be molded to have any life style in any era. She is not a please the pred char either. More its to make it easier when coming up with an RP idea so it is more likely she will say yes if the idea is good enough.
(I have many ideas for a good scene, if you wanna use one of my ideas then feel free to ask, but what really turns me on is surprise. Give me a good idea, something I have not done and make it last. Rachele will be yours if you can give me what I desire. You can ask what scene I am looking for, my one true desire, but that would not be to much fun for me and it will not be as much fun.)
