Backstory: Rebecca was an everyday girl growing up in the rather haphazard city of Los Angelos, her family had always been part of the Law Enforcement in some way, her mother was a District Attorney and her Father was once the Chief of Police at LAPD. But fate had other plans, a dirty cop colluding with various gangsters that had been busted by her father and prosecuted by her mother had been a well oiled machine stamping out alot of crime in the city...with the dirty cop's desire to become Chief...the Gangsters were able to lead to the deaths of her family...her father and mother both murdered and the crime pinned on an innocent soul. Rebecca however had gained both her father's unwavering justice and her mothers keen notice of the truth and knew the innocent man who had been found guilty was indeed innocent...but by that time she was only a teenager who had been raised by her aunt and uncle further away from the den of gangsters. Despite this...Rebecca didn't let this sway her and was resolved to taking down and stopping the disgusting monsters who took her family. She applied for the Police Academy...excelling in her work as a police offier and passed with flying colors...she made sure she was stationed at the same precient her father once handled...intent on exposing her fathers killer, to avoid the attention of the Chief of Police...she had changed her family name to the name of her Aunt and Uncle. Known in public as Rebecca Stars, she only reveals her true name to close friends since if anybody knew a Redford was back in the Police Force...she'd be dead. She for now works on the police making sure to find evidence of the crooked cops.

Her adventures caused her to become in contact with the MVSC, who were impressed by her devotion to upholding the law. So they granted her a position as one of the ten MVSC Agents. But she usually runs the MVSC Maximum Security Prison. Making sure any captured Criminals are kept under lock and key and get their deserved punishments.
