The large lion once roamed a hidden land in Africa and was leader of a large pride. One day while patrolling his lands with some of his lionesses. They came upon an odd sight..shimmering light in the archway of two bent over trees. They approached slowly and causally to check out the odd light. He moved in with his lionesses behind him. As he neared it the lights pulsed then tendrils shot out from the light and wrapped around the lion. He roared and struggled in the tendrils and his lionesses tried to help free him but the tendrils yanked the large lion away from the lionesses and into the curtain of light. The last thing he heard before he plunged into the light was his lioness's scared roars calling his name as he vanished from their sight. A moment later he found himself tumbling over the ground. Once he stopped he looks up and found himself in a strange forest. He looked back to where he fell from hoping to see the light but say nothing. He roared in grief then wandered around the forest seeking a way back to his lands and lionesses. He has been wandering for many years now never finding a way back. During that time he has hunted in the forest and park in the beings he found in it. He has given up ever finding a way back and believes that his lionesses believe him dead and most likely found another to rule them. He has come to think of the forest as his new home and maybe one day he will find a pride to rule here.
