Rhea B. Bit, queen of Dew Drop Pond, down in the south. A secluded area, awash in lush jungle and surrounded by mountains. Pretty boring by modern standards, with little electrical access and even less reception. But it is here that some odd genetic evolutions have surfaced, Rhea being one of many.
