⁂ The Legend...
(Optional read.)
“The legends of Rhodius are generally not of the pleasant sort. On the contrary, Rhodius was, as far as anyone could ever have known from the whispered legends, an incredible and mighty being. Some refer to him as a great and powerful sea god while others refer to him as more of a plague upon their waters. But the truth in it all is that Rhodius was indeed the son of a titan, which by all means made him something of a godly sort.
However Rhodius never offered anyone any mercy or blessing as most gods do. He never believed in such things. As a matter of fact, he believed in quite the opposite. That humans were a blemish upon the beautiful world. But he didn’t bother with the land. His primary goal was to keep them out of the sea-- HIS sea. And his goal went hand in hand with his greed. He didn’t want them to be afraid to come into the sea. Rather, he wanted them to come so he could do what he did best, or so the story goes. Once ships set out to sail and got far enough into the ocean to give them the pretense of safety, sudden waves would begin rising in the distance. The sky would grow dark, salty rain would rage from it and the water would become so frenzied that the boats would inevitably capsize, taking all of the passengers and treasures held inside with it.
People say that if anyone from one of those ships stayed alive long enough to see, and their eyes focused hard enough, they’d see swirls of oceanic colors wrapping around brilliant shimmering golds and silvers. And that was the sight of the great sea god gathering all of the treasures from the ship and swallowing them up into his belly full of sea water for safe keeping. On occasion, they say some passengers would be swallowed up into his ocean-like belly that glowed like a cave filled with water. And if they lived, they’d wish that they hadn’t. Because after he raced back to the watery cavern that he made into his home and took the contents of his belly out, if the living were ever found among his treasures, the legend goes that he’s either swallow them back down and let them fend for themselves in his open waters, or keep them captive. And captives were tortured in various ways, or at least that’s what people say. If there ever has been a captive of the great sea god, they were never released.
However, as you can imagine, the tales of his bountiful riches draw the attention of many a treasure hunter far and wide. Countless ships have capsized over the years that humans have been sailing the seas. And so many of them have never been found again. Even more have been found with simply the ship and nothing of the passengers or the treasures on board. Where could it all have gone? If the tales are true and the sea god really collected all of these riches, then his collection would be far larger than any king in present day or days of past. He’d have so much treasure that it could possibly fill a large lake to the brim. Those that were mad enough to seek out the treasures have never returned.
The legend also says that the sea god is not the only one that guards his massive pile of treasures. All manner of watery creature are drawn to his greatness-- Or so the story goes. I can’t say personally, I’ve never seen hide nor hair of a nymph or naiad. But the legend tells that he has such an immense harem that the tunnels of his cavern are easily blocked off by frolicking naiads and splashing mermaids, sirens and cecaelia. It’s said that they all grovel to his greatness and he alone can command the likes of them. Practically an army of sea-women of various species and sorts, all with their own kind of powers, all mesmerized by him simply because they wish for him to use them as houses for his seed.
So, traveler. Be wary indeed if you intend to follow legends and tales. Be wary if you seek the great treasure of Rhodius, god of the seas. For if you do not fall at the maidens of the seas and rivers, then you will surely fall to their liege. Or possibly stumble onto a fate even worse than death itself…”
⁂
Background/Legend Summary
Rhodius is an incredibly powerful, spiteful and greedy sea god. One of his favorite hobbies is capsizing ships for his own amusement and collecting the treasures on board, occasionally taking a few of the survivors along with the riches. He keeps all of his treasure in a massive cavern that he dwells in along with his equally massive harem of sea and water creatures. It's said that anyone who has sought after his treasures has never returned, or at least not alive. (Indepth version above.)
⁂
Personality and Unique Characteristics
Rhodius, as one might have gathered, is incredibly condescending and full of himself. He has an ego to match is preferred height, which is generally around five-hundred feet tall. But with around five-thousand females constantly worshiping him and ready to do whatever he tells them to, there's no one to deflate his ego. And even if there was someone to try, they never actually could. After all, who could possibly best him in all of his brute glory? Arrogant, spiteful, narcissistic, egotistical, violent... These are all words that can perfectly describe Rhodius. But there's also his handsome, strong, seductive side that he tends to show towards women that he'd looking to use for the planting of his seed. If you're smart enough to submit to him upon meeting him and beg for your life, there's always the slim chance that you just might be able to keep your life. But at what cost? Your freedom? Your morals? There's no telling what he may sentence you to, or if it'd be worse than the death that you begged not to succumb to.
Rhodius is indeed incredibly powerful, but he is by no means
all-powerful. His power lies within the sea. From storms to tidal waves and everything in between, he has the ability to manipulate water and do unheard of things with it, bend the reality of the simple element and in some cases, even create something new. Some would say that his power being so heavily tied into an element is a weakness, but he sees it as a strength. His body is primarily comprised of water, meaning that he carries his power with him wherever he goes. The sun can not overcome him, and moonlight makes him even stronger, which is saying something considering the power that he already wields.
That being said, which his body being primarily made of water, there are some very unique things about it. One of them being that he does not require the ability to breathe. He cannot suffocate and he can stay underwater infinitely. So, there are many organs that he lacks due to the fact that they wouldn't be functional anyway. His body is like a massive ocean in itself. Inside of his belly, rather than stomach acid, is a great mass of sea water that leads all the way through his body, similar to a digestive system. This means that the sea god is always particularly cool and clean, inside and out. And it also must be mentioned that, though he primarily lounges around with human legs, when he's in the water causing trouble for ships and forcing them to capsize, he's in a more aquatic form.
Rather than legs, he has a long and powerful shark-esque tail.
⁂
The Harem...
Rhodius' harem is undying faithful to the great god. They want nothing more than to serve him in any way possible. So, in essence, he's raised himself a five-thousand-or-so woman army that wants nothing more from him than for him to continue being as great, immense, and powerful as he already is. He's unwaveringly protective of each and every one of them once they've thrown themselves into the mass of his harem, and if anyone were to hurt even a single one of his women while attempting to reach his treasures, they would likely feel the full wrath of the god within moments. That being said, each creature has it's own way of protecting themselves. Some are naiads with weaker versions of the god's powers, some are sea witches that can bubble of lethal potions to burn the very skin off of intruders. Some are even sirens that lure treasure hunter's beneath the water, seducing them with their song only to allow the men and women to drown while they attempt to get to them. All of these women are great obstacles that lay before anyone intending to breech the stronghold that is Rhodius' Cavern.

Rhodius' Cavern and the Treasures Within
Rhodius' Cavern has several traps and tricks along the way to keep away intruders, or in some cases, to keep intruders right where they are.
(Still under construction here. More to come about the cavern as well as some very special treasures inside of it.)

⁂ Advanced Preference Analysis
Vore Type: I like both hard and soft vore, it all depends on my mood and the scene. I'll do either.
Pred/Prey: Full pred on this character, no exceptions.
Willingness: For my prey, willingness can go either way if it's done correctly. I generally prefer unwilling. Begging and pleading for one's life and so on. But, if you prefer willingness and it can be played off as wanting to be an offering to his godliness and worshiping him, I'm all for that.
Post Style: I tend to post to accommodate the other player's style. I can make incredibly long posts or snippets, it all depends on what I'm given to respond to. I tend to personally prefer somewhere in the middle. And, if I don't feel up to a scene with super long posts, I'll be sure to mention it to you.
Digestion: I'm all for digestion, but seeing as this character lacks stomach acid, it can't really be done.
Tolerant: Again, tolerance depends on the scene. I'm fine with painful and painless, though I lean towards painful. Slight torturing of weaker beings in various ways-- Not only vore. I have to stress that.
Sex: If I do participate in sexual roleplays on this character, it'll be with females only. And the only reason that the character would ever do it would be to spread his seed, as most gods in mythology (Particularly Zeus), did. So if you have issues with risk of pregnancy, it's probably a no-go. But we might be able to work something out. And that's only if I'm in the mood and willing to do something sexual. That's a big if.
Vore Style/Size Difference: I don't really do the jaw-snapping vore thing. I prefer to keep a good amount of size difference between predator and prey. That being said, I'm strictly micro/macro only, which should be a given considering the character's massive size.
Blood: Blood is a bit essential to hard vore, so I'd have to say yes, a bit of blood is nothing to be iffy about. At least not on my part.
Scat: While I'm fine with it on rare occassion in special cases with special people. But on this character I'm not sure how it'd work anyway. It's a little dirty for someone that's primarily made of water.
Watersports: A possibility. But it's, again, one of those rare case scenarios that I'd only do with someone I know very well and am comfortable with. Taboo subjects and all.
Treatment: I prefer rough treatment generally. He's not exactly a nice creature, so roughness is a given. But if it's not your thing we might be able to work something out. No promises.
Roleplay Preference: I don't like roleplaying in the public channels a lot, but I'll do it once in a blue moon. PMs are preferred.
Roleplay Attitude: I don't mind just jumping into a scene and seeing where it goes but if it takes a turn for something that I don't enjoy, please don't be angry if I cut it short. Planning ahead is usually the best idea but I could go for either.
Roleplay Depth: I like to keep to random encounters when on here rather than storyline, but if your character really interests me you might be able to coax me into doing a storyline scene.
Roleplay Length: I prefer scenes to be two hours or less. After that, real life tends to have more of a chance of interrupting and stealing me away.
Male Partners: I'm alright with male partners, but I make not enjoy the idea of every one of my preferences with males specifically on this character. Girly males are ideal I suppose, but really it depends on the character. So don't hang on my words with this one.
Female Partners: I have a preference for females on this character, and any male preds really. I have a thing for damsels in distress when it comes to powerful men. Better screams and better to treat as lowly beings in comparison to male power and greatness. <3
Herms: Herms aren't really my preference. I'll still play with them so long as they don't stress their herm-ness or force it on me, and I'll treat them as the gender that they appear to be. To those that have penises too big to fit in a pair of pants and things like that, I'll have to so no. No hard feelings, please. If you're a female-based herm that can appear female when naked, I'll contemplate it.
Human, Demi, Fur, Scaly, Feathered Partners: I lean strong towards humans and demis. That being said, I'll contemplate furries, scalies and so on. I'm not the biggest fan of nagas either, so keep that in mind when approaching. Other types of mythical creatures are fine, however. As well as gorgons that don't have naga tails.
Plants: Humanoid plants are alright, but flat out plants aren't my thing.
Animal/non-morphic: Nooot on this character. He'd just squash them like bugs. He has little compassion for human life, let alone animals.
Partner intelligence: Sentience is a must for me, even if the character is a bit slow. I like being able to verbally communicate with the other character that I'm playing with, except for in a few very special cases (such as your character being mute and having to communicate in an alternate way).
Bondage: Bondage could be interesting on the character, especially water-based bindings.
Transformation: I love transformation a ton. If you have any transformation ideas, toss them at me and I'll tell you if I approve.
Oral Vore: Oral vore is a classic, and it's one of my favorites.
Unbirthing: No thank you. It's not my thing, so please don't ask for it as pred or prey.
Cock Vore: Lovelovelove cocks, so cock vore is a given. Especially on such a strong man with such a large one.
Anal Vore: I'm picky about who I anal vore and who I allow to anal vore me, but I do enjoy it.
Breast Vore: Again, no thank you. It's not my thing, so please don't ask for it.
Tail Vore: I don't see the appeal, at all.
Vampiric Vore: Vampiric vore is a big meh with me. I just don't see the appeal in it. So I'll have to say no.
Unconventional Vore: Run any ideas you have about unconventional vore types by me and I'll tell you if it's a yes or no.
Food Related: Food related is always great, especially with the powers of a god. Being stuck inside of grapes as they're popped into his waiting mouth. Mmm.
Fatality: I prefer for scenes to end with a bang, so to speak. So fatality is cool with me. I actually prefer it. But I don't force it on people and I'd never permanently kill anyone, nor would I allow anyone to permanently kill me. Sorry.
Magic: Magic is fine by me! But don't expect to be able to overpower him.
Reforming: Reforming is fine by me, as long as it doesn't happen during a scene. I'm fine with reforming after a scene so we can continue on another time, but if you do it during a scene it tends to drag it on.
Cooking: Cooking goes along with food related as far as I'm concerned. I don't force it on people, again. But I do thoroughly enjoy it.
Roleplay experience: I've been roleplaying for several years, so I'd like to think that I'm decent at it.
Whisper: Feel free to whisper me if I'm on and ask any questions if they aren't already answered by my profile! I'm a friendly person, I don't bite. At least not all the time.
