Rina Reichi was born into a rich family with the misfortune of a father that had died from an illness shortly before her birth and a mother who died after her birth. Her older sister, now tasked with taking care of her little sister, didn't know how to do anything but sit and let people serve her, much less how to take care of her little sister, so she did the next best thing: She trained her to be her slave and do her bidding, always.
Being trained into slavery since infanthood, Rina has been used to answer to her sister calling her "Kibbles" instead of her actual name. She is made to do everything her sister tells her to do, including the more adult things. Now at the age of nine, she has honed herself into the perfect slave, never talking back to her sister, always knowing her place and never questioning anything she says. She's rather shy and soft spoken, and very submissive, but she is also kind and humble, though not many people get to talk with her without her sister's permission. Sometimes a lucky person might be able to convince Rouge to have their own fun with little Rina.
OOC: I don't play sex scenes with male characters and I don't do male pred characters. Casual play is okay though. Sexual and vore scenes will be with female characters only though, and then only as Rina being the prey/submissive.
