Rose is a plantgirl. She's a fairly balanced mix of plant and human, but is more plant than human, if you want to get technical about it. She can walk, talk, and do the rest of those human things, but get her panicked or over-emotional, and she physically regresses a bit. Her feet will sink into the ground slightly and sprout roots, which will spread rapidly. She'll be anchored to one spot, but that also means her vines can be sprouted from the ground at any place around her, rather than from her spine, as normal.
Rose has an affinity for all plants, and can alter herself to mimic most of them. In reality, though, she's a weed. A -very- proliforous weed. The world is her garden, and in her mind, -she- is the only plant that belongs here. Humans and other animals are there to help care for her... though any herbivores are fair game: if it eats plants, it's not allowed around and she -will- make sure it's not a threat any longer.
Photosynthesis (the metabolic process that uses sunlight to convert carbon dioxide into organic nutrients- especially sugars) is one of the more.... noticeable abilities Rose has. Her entire skin is technically her 'leaves', which means that every square inch of skin exposed to sunlight is a square inch that she's using to 'eat' with. Most of the time, this means that if she is exposed to sunlight, she's making nectar, which fills her breasts and makes them expand, if she sunbathes long enough for that to happen. And if her breasts grow, then there's more surface area exposed to said sunlight. That's why she'll often sprout a rosebush in a very shaded area, and then immediately start spreading roots to the surrounding area- both to choke out the other local flora, and to have her resources be drained. Then, when she starts soaking up sunlight in addition to earthly nutrients, she's not going to end up looking like her picture. Well, not right away, of course.
Extremely fertile soil is something she has a love/hate relationship with. The strain of weed she originates from is a very hardy plant, able to subsist on almost nothing while overwhelming the other local plants. As such, planting herself in an area that's got lots of very good soil for growing plants (coupled with reasonable rain and lots of sunshine) pretty much means the poor girl would end up more than twice her pictures size within two or three days... and as such, she would be semi-helpless there until someone drained her nectar off enough that she could uproot herself and move on her own again.
While her plans and attitude seem to make her a crazed world-dictator-wannabe at first glance, she's actually not that bad. She's usually comfy with taking over a specific area and calling it her own. Just don't pick her flowers. Of course, if you are nice, she could make you a nice bouquet of fresh flowers in all sorts of nice arrangements.
Notes:
Breasts- Her breasts aren't really breasts, they're merely breast shaped- but move and react more like water balloons, due to the fact that that's sorta what they are. Filled with delicious, nutritious, and addictive nectar used for attracting her prey, and also to keep those she considers 'safe' to tend to her; using the nectar's addictive properties to keep them coming back.
Nectar: Her nectar is sweet, almost honeyish in flavor. It has mild addictive properties; most peeple who drink more than a few ounces will eventually come back for more. The more one drinks the nectar, the more addicted they become, until eventually it's all they want, and often their final 'hit' of said substance ends with them gorging themselves on the sweet liquid before being eaten themselves by Rose herself.
Vines- Her vines can be used to capture people, used in a phallic manner on a willing (or unwilling) female, or even used to vore victims if she can't get them close enough for oral vore.
Roots: As long as she has her roots around her, she can easily choke out and kill any nearby plant life... and replace it with clever mimics of her own. Her roots can also sprout vines up out of the ground, to restrain or capture those approaching her. The more roots she has spread out, the faster she generates nectar, and grows.
